Jättefint rum, stort och fräscht. Ligger bra centralt nära via toredo men även nära marinan. I området finns matbutik, restaurang och café. Vi blev väl omhändertagna och personal var super trevliga och hjälpsamma. Absolut värt priset!

Really great spot! Only thing we wish is that there was some there earlier to check in with but we lucked out and the maid was there and allowed us to leave our luggage. Comfortable beds and safe area

Majoitus on kerrostalon 9 kerroksessa. Hissi maksaa 10 senttiä (su ja myöhään maksuton), mutta majoitusliike antaa kolikoita. Check-in alkaa 14.00. Olin paikalla 13.30 ja en päässyt alaovesta sisään joten soitin ja englantia osaamaton siivooja päästi lopulta sisään. Odotin tunnin. Respan henkilökunta taas puhui hyvää englantia ja tilasi taksin kun lento lähti 6.00 aamulla. Mukava henkilökunta, siisti huone parvekkeella. Rauhallisella kadulla. Liikenteen äänet ei kuulu huoneeseen. Tulisin toistekin!

Very helpful owners. Always making sure you are pleased with your stay. Offering tips on places to eat and things to see. They are very proud of their city and want the best experience for guests. Room was clean and roomie. English is not their first language but we were still able to understand each other. Location is acceptional. WiFi is hit or miss but that seems to be Italy. Would most definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was great the room was beautiful and staff is wonderful only down side is that its a big building and hotel is located on the 9th floor and u have to pay the elevator 10cents to go up and down 10cents exact i put in 20cents cause i didnt have 10cent and that didnt work so we walked up to the 9th floor which was horrbile 😩 and u can only check in between certain hours because receptionist leaves at 6pm aside from that everything was great

We had one night in Naples before heading back home. The hotel was close the harbour not too far from the local shopping district. The hotel itself was beautifully presented, comfortable and the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The bathroom was small, though suitable for a night.

A wonderful boutique hotel located high up in what seems to be an office building. The lift up to the hotel, you have to pay for to use. I have never seen that before, but in the hotel reception, you get the cents needed for your trips with the lift. Inside, the hotel is everything I expected plus a little extra. I believe, I counted 6 rooms which means that the service you get is absolutely amazing. The receptionist was extremely friendly and smiling. We'd booked the room with massage tub and got a very precise examination on how the tub worked. We also had breakfast included which you had to order the day before and at the requested time the breakfast was put on a small tray table outside your room - I loved it! A tip: if you like chocolate, order the chocolate croissant. It is drowning in it! The location is also very good. A few hundred meters away, you have both the shopping street Toledo and the metro station Municipio. Everything is within walking distance and if you are tired and just want a coffee, beer or something light to eat, there is a café just outside the entrance. Overall an extremely successful visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Ps. The massage tub room is bit suitable for friends unless you want to see each other showering or going to the toilet. The toilet wall was a glass wall with film on it, but still very see-through.

The service was impeccable! So kind and welcoming it really was refreshing for us as we had some bad experiences. The room was so modern, new and stylish. We loved it! Only thing I can suggest is giving more pillows as one was a little too flat but otherwise everything was perfect!

Very comfortable to visit Pompeii and Capri, there are metro and port nearby. Good break fast, as well as kind hospitality. I would like to stay this hotel again. ポンペイとカプリ島に行くために利用しました。どちらに行くにも便利な立地で、近くにレストランも多いです。危ないと言われているスペイン地区の近くですが、このホテル周辺は夜でも安全です。また利用したいと思うホテルです。

I did not like the set up of the washroom. It has balcony which probablysome people would love but we did not use it. Other than the washroom everythjng was good.
