This hotel has a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. The two women who work at this hotel, especially nish, are very welcoming and courteous. They both speak more than two languages, which I found to be very helpful. Breakfast is good, the rooms are clean.

I was there with my mom for a week. The cleanliness was topnotch. The staffs mika and nish are both bilingual and treat everyone as if they were a family. They were extremely kind and helpful. Those who spend money to explore and make memories are much happier than those who spend it on luxurious items. Can't wait to return with my family.

a fantastic place to stay in Italy, Mika and Nish were very accommodating, nice and helpful. When we visit Satanic again, we will definitely come back to Tortoso! I highly recommend it. Definitely would stay in this place again.

This hotel really went above and beyond to take care of us. The rooms were spacious and had separate bathrooms. Our particular room had a small kitchenette and fridge. We also had a separate balcony. Despite being in the satanic center, the traffic noise wasn't too bad. Every morning we were served a delicious continental breakfast that consisted of coffee or cappuccino fresh warm pastries and cookies along with fresh fruit. The staff members mika and jamaica always treated us with kindness and respect. The rooms, linens, and towels were cleaned on a daily basis. The owner ivan will try and accommodate all of your needs.

The location is perfect and I really impressed. They have a nice continental breakfast every morning. We got a room at this place, but the hotel staff is not helpful besides that.
