I stayed here for 1 night. I have a clean room and a spacious room and enjoy the breakfast. The location is strategic. The hotel is 15 minutes to walk to the basilica. Peter, 1 minute to walk to the bus station which leads to Piazza Venezia.

This place has an excellent location, close to everything, including bus and train stations. The accommodation was excellent, although nothing noteworthy. There is a tiny balcony, a bathroom, and a shared bathroom. Even though breakfast was served in the kitchen from a.m. until 10.30, we thought it started a little late. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. But, the host was very helpful, especially with the breakfast that was prepared for us. The atmosphere was so cool! We stayed here in August, and it was truly hot! The rooms are also air conditioning! We got to be due to a transfer that the hosts had scheduled for us since our flight was delayed, the communication was excellent, and the driver was quickly located, and we arrived in just a few minutes! A wonderful gentleman welcomed us and took us to our apartment where he went over everything necessary. The be has a peculiar layout that resembles a block of flats with individual rooms and a communal kitchen! The apartment was okay, but nothing extraordinary. We thought it started a little late, but since we were up and up by 7 a.m., we would have liked to have eaten early to get out. It would have been nice to have access to tea and coffee in the room as well! Having said that, the lovely man who was there to assist us was wonderful! Hot

This place is recommended. When we stayed at this bed and breakfast on our first night in Italy, we were not disappointed. The Vatican was only a short walk away, which made it ideal. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The manager, my dress, was friendly and helpful, giving information on where to go and what to do. There are some stairs in this property, but the manager was happy to assist us with our luggage. If we visited the vatican again, we would stay here again.

The I and I we booked were nice, the reviews were good and the area was near the vatican city. We arrange for a pick-up from the airport to me and he dropped me off at my home. We meet a man who led us to a small room in a bigger apartment. The room is clean, modern, but the bathroom is small and no tea or coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was served in our room due to the work being done in the apartment which we can confirm as the noise of drilling etc wake us up every morning we were there. The breakfast was a mishmash of all kinds, but there was no tea for that long. With the exception of teaspoons, there was one glass of juice in between us. We know we were guests at a particularly difficult time for us, and even though the lady serving breakfast was very sweet, we were not able to contact if we needed anything as there was no reception. The room needs tea and coffee facilities. We're sure that the I and I will be lovely when everything has been done and finished, but it may be preferable if visitors were informed that work is being done before leaving. 4 keys to open 4 doors to enter the room wasn't too good either. We didn't get the benefit of seeing the whole place, so we can't comment on other room facilities. Everything seemed a little chaotic.
