The hotel is located approx. 20 min walk to the centre, it is in a great area for local bars and restaurants. the hotel is great and the balcony was great sit sit out on and enjoy the evening sun.

Spacious and Modern, the hotel had a mixture of a mid-century modern and simple Italian aesthetic. The rooms were large, simply appointed and comfortable each have a nice outdoor balcony or sitting area. The staff was friendly and helpful and the area of Testaccio has some of the best dinning in Rome. The market downstairs is great to walk through grab a bit and shop. there is also a small modern museum across the street. Definitely worth it, especially in Rome where may of the hotel spaces are either small or very old fashioned.

Das Hotel liegt nahe am historischen Stadtkern und weil wir ein 48-Stunden-Ticket für den Nahverkehr gebucht hatten (für 15 € pro Person sehr zu empfehlen) ließ sich die Stadt mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erkunden. Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit, für die Atmosphäre ist das wichtiger als die Räumlichkeiten (an denen auch nichts zu kritisieren ist). Der Stadtteil ist im Umbruch, gerade wird der benachbarte ehemalige Schlachthof in ein kulturelles Zentrum verwandelt. Die unmittelbare Nachbarschaft wirkt ein wenig wie Berlin-Friedrichshain: viele Graffitis und alternative Schmuddelichkeit. Das mag nicht jeder mögen, aber es ist ein lebendiges Viertel mit echtem Leben und netten und bezahlbaren Restaurants nebenan. Wir würden es bestimmt wieder buchen!

This Hotel has a lot going for it.. At a glance it may seem a litle out the way but its really not.. Arguable, it's the perfect distance from from the centre of Rome. You are a 10minite walk from a Metro and only 15 minites walk from the Train station should you wish to get a train from Leonardo DaVinci Airport You can literally walk into the centre of Rome within 30minutes and if you dont mind the walk can walk as far out as the Vatican City within the hour. If youd prefer you can get the Metro to Termini, chamge line right upto within 10minutes of Vatican. Theres a great restaurant around the corner from you (Romeos) and another one accross the road (Pecorrino) however, this one it is advised to book in advance should you wish to have dinner. The Hotel itself is really clean, the rooms are spacious and the balcony is a great addition ahould you wish to sit out on a night with a glass of wine. The windows come with shutters. These are superb at blocking out the morning sun The staff could not be more helpful, offering directions, recommendations. Even helping you make a coffee at the self serve breakfast We will definitely visit Rome again and we 100% stay here again when we do Thank you to all Bob Ws

Staff were very helpful especially Nini. But all front desk staff are very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue is the hotel is a bit of a walk from the metro. One recommendation is the restaurant Pecorino across the road and Romeo for the pizza

Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der nach Rom reisen möchte. Von der Lage her ist es top, ca. 25min bis zum Flughafen (ohne Stau). Es ist sauber (Bett, Handtücher, Boden usw.) Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir nach Rom reisen, dann wieder zum Bob W Hotel :)

There are so many restaurants and coffee shops near by! The best part of the neighborhood is that less than a block away is a market with dozens of food and artisan stalls. You can choose from many cuisines, coffees, and fresh flowers, meat, etc. This location can’t be beat. The hotel is spotless. Everything is clean, the bathroom is modern with great toiletries. The staff is awesome and always helpful. Next time we’re in Rome we’re staying at Bob W.

Really impressed with the hotel. 30 minute walk to the centre and close to a station to the airport. Also has restaurants nearby. Balconies are huge, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The only possible downside I could think of is that the bottom sheet was kinda grubby. And that's me really trying to find any fault! Overall, I'd highly recommend

The hotel is extremely clean and spotless and the rooms are modern. It appears that the bathroom fixtures are brand new. The bathrooms are sparkling clean. There is an employee on site at the desk once you enter through keypad entry. The service floor offers coffee and taps for fresh water, which I have not seen in any other hotel. The room has a min fridge and coffee, tea and a water vase. It offers a king size bed which is rare in Rome for this price point. However, the bed is super firm and my partner thought it was very uncomfortable. Other than that, there were no issues. The balcony has no view. It is just an extension of the roof area. Andrea, the new owner greeted me and accommodated my request for early check in with no problems He was great and very kind me. There is a very good restaurant right next door that offers breakfast (pastries only) lunch and dinner, and a pharmacy right next door - as well as an open market a block down. Anything you may need is within walking distance. There are more good restaurants within 15 minute walking distance, and grocery stores are also 10-15 minutes walking distance away. If not for the extra firm bed that did hinder my sleeping, I would stay there again. Other than that, the hotel is great and very clean and nice for the price point! I gave it a 5 star rating.

L’hotel è abbastanza carino tuttavia i servizi sono minimali più simili a quelli di un B&B. La colazione ha un costo aggiuntivo di 15 €, non è male però non vale nemmeno quei soldi. La gestione di tutte le prenotazioni e dei pagamenti è centralizzata, pertanto non hanno nessun tipo di flessibilità rispetto a possibili errori di prenotazione, cosa che trovo abbastanza poco Client friendly. Dal punto di vista dei servizi, come dicevo la struttura è molto minimal e ad esempio non ha il servizio lavanderia cosa che mi ha creato alcuni problemi la struttura abbastanza accogliente, anche se a livello di arredamento è un po’ scarna. Anche la pulizia e la manutenzione lasciano un po’ a desiderare.
