O check in foi muito fácil e o senhor que nos acolheu muito atencioso, permitindo a entrada antecipado e que deixássemos nossa bagagem no quarto além de umas horas após o check out. O quarto era muito limpo e silencioso. Só ficamos uma noite mas com certeza é possível estar lá por mais tempo. Facil acesso a pé ao centro histórico e diversas opções de restaurantes e café nas proximidades. Importante saber que, embora tenha elevador de acesso ao quarto, há alguns degraus para subir e descer. Para nós não interferiu mas para alguém com mobilidade reduzida pode ter alguma dificuldade. Nota 10 em tudo, com certeza voltaríamos lá.

Un séjour d'une nuit. La chambre est parfaite pour 3 personnes. De grande qualité. Le propriétaire nous a gentiment accueilli. C'est un vrai plaisir de discuter avec lui. Il est de très bon conseil, notamment pour de bonnes adresses culinaires. Merci!

We had no intention of staying here because the place is in a unique place. Top floor, 3 bedrooms, 3 wonderful owners. I love the place. The location is on the main street where you can reach a local and delicious cafe for breakfast. The rooms are more like apartments, with nice amenities, such as a refrigerator, cutlery, plates, and coffee machine. The bus stop at the train station is a 15 minute walk away and the city center is a 15 minute walk away. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

I have a lovely modern room with a balcony and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The first floor. The host lives on the same level. Serviced. Spotless. Air can be split into a double bed and a single. The host is lovely. So centrally located. It's very convenient to walk to many markets, cafes, and restaurants. Take the self-guided three-hour city walking tour. Excellent. Short walk to the train station. Please bring small luggage. Traveling is so much simpler. The lifts here are as small as much of Europe.

We stayed here for two nights and were greeted warmly by the hosts. The apartment is well equipped, and the hosts did logically consider what the guests would like. There was a small kettle and coffee machine, a refrigerator, plates and utensils, cups and saucers, and wine glasses. You could purchase pastries or have a glass of wine without having to worry. The room was cool, and the windows had air conditioning and electrical blinds. The bed was comfortable, and the hairdryer was a portable one, unlike the kind that is often attached to the bathroom wall, which was nice. Shower gel and shampoo were provided in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. While we were there, we didn't expect the room to be cleaned, but it was, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was somewhat bizarre, with a voucher for transportation to the caesar at the end of the road. On both mornings, we had coffee and pastries. It was fine, but we would have preferred an option to eat fruit or cheese. We had maps provided when we arrived, and the location was good. The wifi worked fine and there were no problems at all.

The Piazza Maggio is a short stroll from this hotel in the heart of Florence. The location is so strategic, it is close to the Piazza Maggio. Both rooms can be booked and you can feel like you're in your own apartment. The room was very spacious and modern, but the room was also spotless, with a balcony on the first floor. The owner was so friendly, accommodating, and eager to assist us with our needs. Just make sure you follow the corridor on the left of the entrance and take the elevator to the first floor.

We spent two nights here. The apartment is in the ideal location for a short walk to the heart of Bologna. We could simply return throughout the day to freshen up. It is the right side of the town for the mercata del mercata and the way up to San Miguel. The room was peaceful, clean, and well furnished with a comfortable bed. The only thing I would recommend is to let the host know when you are ready. We arrived at 120 and no one was there, so we had to phone and wait 40 minutes to be able to check in.

I was looking for a place with an elevator. The owner said there were a few steps, but that was way off. They were probably nine steps up then six or eight steps down and then another nine steps up before arriving at the correct elevator. We had to take my 77-year-old mother up and down the steps and then go back for her wheelchair that weigh 65 pounds and take it up and down the steps to get to the elevator. The listing does not explain that. Also, there was hair on the floor that stuck to our socks, the hair did not come from us. We were only there one night. The check-in was difficult. I didn’t get a message to tell me how to get in. I had to make an international call for my cell phone to the owner who then had to talk me through getting into the building. He then met us at the elevator after we walked all the steps. Definitely would not go back.
