During our stay at Hotel Cauentetto, we had a very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The food is good. Very knowledgeable and helpful with allergies. All for a very reasonable price.

We stayed in this chalet for 2 nights over the Christmas holiday. We found a very pleasant and friendly place where we could relax and enjoy the kindness of the entire staff. Very good breakfast, good dinners, very clean rooms, not very large but very comfortable. Because any review is more useful if it contains some better recommendations. We found the hydro pool a bit cold and the Turkish bath not working, but we could use the sauna for free.

I just got back from monte condone. A very nice family resort. But what was really pleasant was the helpful and always smiling staff, starting with receptionist Martina. I have never met such friendly, always in a good mood staff. Our waiter Edison was very kind and helpful to our children, they all loved him. Thank you again, Edi. You and the rest of the staff made our vacation very pleasant. The hotel is also very clean and quiet, within walking distance to the ski slopes. And thats even for children under the age of 6. Im eager to come back!.

The rooms are old but clean. The family suite is spacious, other rooms are very small. Service is above average. Wellness was very good. Free internet is unusable, pay fast internet too. But complete disaster food the worst food we have ever eaten in Italy.

Our suggestion to stay at this hotel! A fantastic location to stay in a beautiful setting. The best staff we have ever met. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, especially the employee who was always on hand to help. The restaurant is also delicious.
