The staff was very friendly and professional and had a nice restaurant view and delicious food. Also, they make a lot of food and it tastes delicious when cooked in a chef's kitchen. The wine was affordable because the location was great. Also, the room is cleaned every day.

In my life, I have never been in such a beautiful hotel. Three people are kind and helpful. I can feel calm and relaxed. I will recommend that you go to the place everyone I left on the desk in my room paper on which I wrote my best thoughts and my opinion that they are amazing.

The perfect location for a holiday in Tuscany. We visited Florence, Pisa, Sinena, and Lucia. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was very comfortable, breakfast and dinner were very good and served in the top room of the hotel with a spectacular view of the surrounding area. An unforgettable family holiday!

The Columbia Hotel is the only hotel we can recommend. Our threeday visit was great. In the heat of summer, having an air-conditioned, tasteful room was such a pleasant experience. We could always rest there, even though the hotel is situated in the middle of an amazing spa town. Having the option to pick a room with furnishings and other details was a fantastic idea. This met our expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming, ever-patient, and funny. We felt like we needed some comfort since we had decided to cancel our reservations for accommodations reserved at a different location in town. Every aspect of these features seemed especially important to us because we had decided to cancel our reservation at another location in the town and felt in some way in need of guidance. For breakfast, for example, the needs of the clients were taken into consideration.

For the first time in tuscany, I had ever remained in this region, and what a wonderful choice of city and hotel. Montecatini is charmingly young and active, with numerous restaurants and attractions to choose from, including a trip to Montecatini Alto. The hotel has a pleasant vibe, and it's more relaxing than comprehensible like many chains of hotels. The employees did an outstanding job for us, spoke excellent English, and were extremely accommodating. We had a superior room, which had a double outlook on the hotel's front, it was comfortable, and came with an outstanding bed and pillows. We frequently used it because the enclosed roof restaurant served a great breakfast and a fantastic evening meal, so we'd made do with it again and were hoping for the more expensive package that included massages. While small and thoughtfully designed, the wet spa area downstairs, and the dry space on the first level is wonderful and has one of the best saunas I've ever used, would we return? Yes.
