The staff is pleasant and helpful. This hotel has a good location, and it is clean. The location is also close to pharmacies, burger king, and takeaway stores. This hotel has a good location with excellent cleanliness. The room was clean. The door was clean and the room had shutters to block out the light from the outside. The breakfast was very good with options like fruit juices, sparkling water, chocolates, coffee, tea, and croissants. There are also free vouchers and tickets for the cafe opposite and around the corner. I used it twice for coffee. The only negative thing was that the kettle was dirty inside and the kitchen did not have a kettle to make tea. It was a tap dancing sound on new year's day. It was also because of poor internet-based public transport information. When arrived at the hotel, the owner gave us information about public transport and provided a map of all the key tourist attractions. Then we noticed that tiburtina station was only a 5-minute walk away and a metro line I that runs into the city center about every 36 minutes and takes about 510 minutes to the coliseum. There are fast food outlets, including medicines, burger king and takeaway stores, as well as a supermarket and lid. The room was spotless and clean with shutters to block out the light from outside. The young woman who checked us in and the owner were both very friendly. The room was very clean, exactly like the picture I attached. Breakfast is served at a little cafe in Italy right across the street. Excellent coffee!

I would strongly recommend it. My partner, 2 friends, and I found this hotel on application as we needed a nights stay in Rome before heading to a friend's wedding in Scold. On arrival, we were greeted by the lovely owner-manager. They couldn't have done more for us and made us all feel very welcome. The rooms and the hotel itself were very modern and clean. Excellent drink and snack facilities that were all free! The rooms were very clean and had plenty of storage.

This place is highly recommended. I stayed here for a short summer vacation. The location is close to Tiburtina railway station and surrounded by good restaurants. The rooms are very clean and fresh. And then, I was surprised to find snack and drink available to guests at any time. After that, the friendliness of the staff was great, they are helpful and friendly to me, the feeling of relax and welcome helped me to feel welcomed.

I will recommend anyone to stay here, and I will absolutely return whenever I visit Rome again. This is amazing. It is really easy to get into the city thanks to its proximity to the Tiburtina metrotrain stop! The room is quite spacious and has a very comfortable bed. After a full day of exploring the city, it was wonderful to return. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Free sparkling, still water, chocolate, and pastries were provided. I was quite pleased. The shower was hot, which is important in the winter! The only negative thing was that you could hear people in their room entering and leaving their room.
