We plan to stay here again sometime in 2023, because we are an organizer of classic car rallies and were able to stay with our participants in the grand hotel savoir. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, and everything was professionally prepared for our stay. After being reopened, the entire hotel is beautifully presented. The spa, restaurant, and rooms have now become very lovely. Thank you to Mars. Count and the entire team for their excellent service during our stay.

The hotel bar and staff are excellent and fun. And then, Tiana, the concierge, is fantastic. After that, they provide transportation to bus services as well. Subsequently, the shuttle bus service is complicated because lift transfers aren't obvious, then the Ski Resort location isn't well understood, and the ski lift transfers aren't obvious. Besides that, the price for taxis is really high. Subsequently, the price is worth it.

The Grand Hotel Know is a wonderful vacation. Grand Hotel savoir is an impeccably named a 5-star hotel in Costing with the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered. I can't have chosen a nicer hotel for my 3-day ski vacation in the Sodomites for my wife and me. If you value the ease of access to dining on foot, the hotel is well situated on the outskirts of the town's main thoroughfare. Even though there are no ski-in or ski-out lodgings in Costing, the concierge is more than happy to pick up a taxi to the chair lift and return, which makes getting from the mountain almost simple. The morning breakfast buffet is incredible--everything you could want and more. We had the opportunity to use the sauna and hot tub in the spa's basement every day, which is equally wonderful. As a gift for my wife's birthday, the hotel welcomed us with a chilled bottle of prosecco, chocolates, and a perfume for her fragrance. We will always cherish this hotel visit!.

Great location, warm greeting, a pleasant atmosphere, a secure environment, and devoted staff. Tatiana, michele, and paolo at the concierge were extremely accommodating with everything we asked for and made sure that any additional cost related requirements, such as daily validation of ski passes, would be simple to meet and not bothersome. We want to express our gratitude to the spa staff for satisfying our appetite for relaxation despite the limitations on the number of visitors. Great service at the restaurant, and especially at new year's Eve dinner! If the hotel arranged a regular shuttle to and from the skiing area, it would probably be helpful for those traveling for skiing.
