Breakfast (h. 8:00-10:00) for celiacs, vegans and with lactose-free products is not available and is an Italian buffet consisting of empty croissants, bread, jams, chocolate, honey, butter and yogurt, corn flakes, müsli, cold cuts and cheese. The drinks available are water, A.C.E. juice and milk in carafes. We have also a coffee machine and a waitress to serve and prepare the drinks asked. Cutlery or plates for private use in the rooms, room kettles and microwave ovens are not provided.
No cots or extra beds are available. Laundry service/machines not available. No ironing permitted.
Air conditioning is available only during summer. Heating is available only during winter.
City tax must be paid exclusively cash before accessing the room and may variate based on season.
Luggage storage (unsupervised) is available for free and until space runs out at the check-in and check-out location.The nearest private and on payment luggage storage is located in Piazzetta dei Leoncini, next to the Basilica of Piazza San Marco - in front of the lion statues.
Matrimonial beds are formed by two single beds pushed together. Some rooms are located in the dependance.
Pets are not allowed at the property.
Receipts and invoices are issued without exception at the end of the service on the day of check-out, and must be collected by the guest in the same place where the check-in procedures will be completed during the mandatory return of the keys of the accommodation. Any particular request relating to receipts and invoices must be communicated at the reception upon check-in. Receipts and invoices already issued are not amendable. Second copies sending requests are declined.
Some rooms are not served by the elevator.
The property does not allow smoking.
