The hotel itself is beautiful and within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff on reception were especially friendly and helpful and arranged restaurant reservations for us and checked ahead with all these restaurants to make sure they catered for gluten free. The restaurant within the hotel is definitely worth a visit, the tasting menu was absolutely stunning and the staff again were so friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommended staying here and we will definitely be coming back.

Newly refurbished hotel, very modern and esthetic, very comfortable rooms and bathroom. Like in many hotels the shower water pressure is very disappointing. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with great verity but they charge extra for omelets and that, together with charging for bottled water is the only point of dissatisfaction we have.

My husband took me here for my birthday. The staff was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make my day special. It was wonderful! They upgraded us and the room and view were spectacular! We loved the shower as well. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful hotel!

This hotel is beautiful, chic and super clean. It looked brand new. The staff was so accommodating. We arrived on one of the carnival days and despite no parking anywhere, they allowed us to use one of the the hotel’s designated spots and moved our car nearby when a spot opened. The room was sound proof. The decor and lighting were modern. The bed was very comfortable. It was a wonderful stay, I wish we had stayed longer. The hotel is about 1 block from the carnival parade route, so you could not see from the windows or balcony clearly. However, we visited only for one night so we could experience the carnival floats. They were amazing as well. I wish we had stayed longer.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel Plaza e de Russie und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel liegt perfekt und ist sehr schön renoviert. Die Zimmer sind gross, sehr modern und haben alle Extras, die es braucht, ausser ein Teekocher oder einen Nespresso Maschine. Wir wurde sehr freundlich bedient und alles war perfekt. Das einzige was nicht gut ist, ist das Parkieren. Ich denke die Gäste in dem Hotel haben alle sicher auch eher teureren Autos und das haben ich auch. Als wir eine Parkkarte für den öffentlichen platz gekriegt haben, uns wurde keine Garage oder ähnliches angeboten, waren wir etwas überrascht, dachten uns aber nicht dabei. Am nächsten Morgen war dann bei unserem Auto hinten rechts die Scheibe fast durchgeschlagen. Da wir bei unserem Auto mit Alarmanlage und Doppelverglasung etwas Glück hatten, hielt das Gals und es passierte nichts. Aber für dieses Hotel erwarte ich eigentlich ein Valet Parking und einen sicheren Platz für mein Wagen.
