I recently stayed in the rest blanca with two buddies for a week while visiting the Kronplatz ski area in the Italian Sodomites. The motel has a traditional feel, but has been renovated in a modern manner. My single room was large, warm, clean, and well-maintained, with satellite TV channels if not in English, and a beautiful balcony. I was well throughout the week, and the staff did well with my unfamiliar vegetarian diet and went out of their way to make me happy. The hotel has a wellness center, which we didn't use but seemed very good. Although the ski bus stops outside, getting to the main tiara gondola is simple.
