We chose the Hotel vienna ostende from a wide variety of reasons, both due to it's location and the varied opinions expressed by individuals who had stayed there. We were pleased with desk administrator Michael's warm greetings and assistance in getting a room right away, even though we had come earlier. Over the course of the seven days, we were satisfied with the staff and service at all levels and ranges. The service from room keeper to desk was excellent, and there was a welcoming atmosphere of family, helping, and any other assistance, completely complete. We would like to thank Mary in Restoration for her outstanding service. The room was a decent size and was meticulously cleaned every day. We also enjoyed the interior design. The service from the employees goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The room was an excellent size and was meticulously cleaned daily. The prepared meals were delectable and appealing, the bakery was perfect, there was no chance to complain, the items and cooking were of excellent quality, some dishes were overrated, but.. Its our opinion that the bus stop, where tourists are collected for trips, is a good choice for excursions, as well as the ideal tour agency with the best guides based a few steps away and with the best guides. On the beach, the price of an umbrella and two armchairs at a discount was 12 eu,

We stayed there for 3 nights 2 sol rooms. The rooms are old but clean, they had no soundproof so you could hear every move of your neighbor. They need renovation and urgent change bathroom because they are very narrow. In the rooms we stayed in the est night there was only a shower head with a curtain where you could barely fit. There are no photos of this bathroom on internet. We asked to change room the next day and they changed us immediately.

I had a good time staying here. A hotel with good spirits. I guess I met people who know how to do business and there are regular people. Stefan, Giuseppe, Simone you are the best. I hope we can meet again. It was a pleasure to be your guest. Grand hugs to housekeeping. Best wishes.

A very nice hotel near the beach and an English pub in remind! The staff were excellent, very helpful and polite. I was given the option to check out late without charging extras. Breakfast had a lot of selections, yoghurt, cheese, ham, brioche, etc. It would have been nice to see some fresh fruit. I would stay there again.
