This is an old Italian hotel, I'm sorry I left this place. Never have I come across so friendly and helpful employees. The hot water issue was immediately resolved. We arrived at the hotel at 5 am and nothing was too much trouble. They opened the bar for us and were beyond pleased. I will receive a room upgrade the next time I travel, and that's a sure thing because they are quite simple, so if you're searching for the height of luxury, I'd never stay here. Personally, it's just lovely and simple transportation services. We borrowed a car and didn't trust their RPs. It took us to the wrong places three times and a morning in a strange location wasn't fun. Finally, we used Google Maps. A beautiful 4 night break that I'll never forget. Can't wait for the next time. I appreciate Park Hotel Villa Justinian for a wonderful journey for our wedding anniversary.

I would highly recommend this amazing hotel and would definitely stay there again. Beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting. Bus stops directly outside of Venice. The pool is excellent and has two jacuzzis. Continental breakfast is continental, including cold meat, rolls, cereal, etc. We had an annexe room that was very clean, sheets changed every day, free wifi, and air conditioner that worked perfectly. The staff is friendly and can provide local advice on places to visit. The town is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride away, and there are several bars and restaurants nearby.

I like staying at a hotel with a history. The pool with lounges and umbrellas on the grounds is excellent. Parking is easy. The wifi is not great and the breakfast is quite simple. There isn't much to eat in Milano for dinner.

Because I adored the old Italian architecture depicted in the photos and the location was sufficiently far from venice for the honeymoon. The principal structure appeared beautiful upon arrival, exactly as planned, though I was a little let down by our first encounter with the staff. Around 10.30 p.m., the boy behind the counter gave us our key and literally took us out of the main structure and pointed us to a pink house on the ground floor, which was extremely ineffective given that it was dark outside. We had no idea where we were going and when we discovered the pink house, the numbers were not on the outside, and the doors appeared to be unreachable from the outside. After trying our luck with the black door, we entered the building, where we eventually discovered the numbers and our apartment. The room was good, the bed was inviting, very well made up with a assure. Numerous blankets were present in the closets. There was an air conditioning unit in the room, but no instruction on how it worked. We got into the bed, discovering that there were no significant differences in the bed height, so we could not even snuggle in bed because it was very uncomfortable. We returned to the hotel where we received a small amount of freshly prepared coffee. Although there was cobwebs around the light fixtures and hair stuck between the showerhead and the sink. Villa Justinian reminds me of a palace 200 years ago. You are treated like an old friend, not merely a onetime visitor. I liked the old world decoration, the comfortable rooms, all the modern amenities, and the excellent wifi. The location is from the golden age of world travel to the tranquil Republic of Venice. The location is simple to find and very close to the fantastic city. The stay here is far from the tourist throngs but close to all the sightseeing activities. The grounds and main lobby were my favorite part, however I didn't like being able to smoke inside lol.
