3. PARKING: each apartment has a parking place marked with the same the number of the apartment you are staying at.
4. DOCUMENTS AND CHECK-IN: upon arrival, you will be required to leave your ID to the site manager to complete the mandatory form required by the authorities.
5. STAIRWELL LIGHTS: lights are equipped with automatic motion sensor on each stairwell and on all floors
6. FIRE PREVENTION: every apartment is equipped with a fire extinguisher which can be easily activated in case of fire: just pull the pin and point the nozzle or hose at the base of the fire while squeezing the handle to release the extinguishing agent. Do not open windows or doors (except the one of your apartment) and once you have exited the apartment, do not use the lift to leave the property and do so calmly and using the stairs.
7. RECYCLING: in our region Trentino Alto-Adige, waste sorting has been mandatory by law for over 20 years, and this is something we pride ourselves on very much. We expect every guest to follow the same rules and respect the environment. Each apartment has a rubbish bin located underneath the sink with different containers and individual bags for (1) organic rubbish, (2) paper and (3) metal/plastic are provided. You will find the communal containers (also labelled with different colors and a clear description of what to throw in them) to drop your bags at the end of the main parking on the ground floor.
8. APPLIANCES: each apartment is equipped with micro-wave, standard oven, dishwasher, washing machine and electrical ceramic hobs. Please always turn the hood on when cooking and make sure to not introduce any metallic containers in the micro-wave. Clean the ceramic hobs after use with water, soap and dry it with cloth or paper.
9. NO SHOES POLICY: we kindly request all our guests to remove their shoes once inside the apartment (please do not leave your shoes outside in the communal hallways).
10. NO SMOKING POLICY: smoking inside the apartment (including by or near the windows or on the balconies) is strictly forbidden. You can smoke outside in the communal patio located at the building’s entrance.
