2. 嘔吐があった場合：嘔吐処理代金として7,700円（税込）をご請求いたします。その他、予期せぬ汚損や異物が発生した場合には、処理費用として最大10,000円をいただく場合があります。

1. In accordance with Japanese law and regulations, we require all guests staying (including children) to register their information. This includes providing a photo ID and address (passport photos are mandatory for non-residents). Please ensure you are aware of this requirement before booking.

2. In case of vomiting: A cleaning fee of ¥7,700 (including tax) will be charged. For other unexpected messes or foreign objects found after your stay, a cleaning fee of up to ¥10,000 may be applied.

3. Damage to property: Guests are responsible for full repair costs.

4. The property is located in a natural environment, so insects may occasionally appear indoors or in the garden.
