Children under 12 years stay for free when using existing bedding (over 120 centimeters wide) in some room types. Only one child is allowed per one existing bedding.

Children 13 years and over are considered as adults.
During your stay, we will not clean.
If you are staying for 7 nights or more please present your identity card
The hotel entrance will be locked after 6:00 pm. PIN Code and the instructions to enter the hotel after hour will be provided upon the completion of reservation.

Please be advised that a fire safety equipment inspection will be conducted on the following date and time:

Date and time: Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

As part of the inspection, our staff will check the fire alarms in each guest room. The inspection will take approximately five minutes per room, and staff will need to enter your room to inspect the smoke detector.

The alarm may sound during the inspection. Please do not be alarmed if this occurs.

Exterior wall construction will be carried out on the adjacent building during the following period.
Noise, dust, splashes of cleaning water, and paint odors may occur during the construction.

Construction Hours: 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM

During the construction period, please refrain from placing any belongings outside your room or hanging laundry outside.
When opening your windows, please be careful of paint odors and splashes.
To follow the Invoice System, one receipt will be issued for each payment or transaction. Receipts that split the room fee for one night or for only part of the total amount cannot be issued.
