The hotel is adequate if you stay in the Kawasaki Science Park, which means you leave the hotel through the hotel's entrance and go through the main level. There are frequently smoker rooms which are not really nice for none smokers. Breakfast is served in a coffee shop within Kip, not directly at the hotel. The rooms are quite clean and the staff is very friendly. At least one employee speaks decent English every shift. I stayed here for ten days and after grd my name and room were known by all staff.

I've been here for 3 days. Still 3 days to go. Rooms are well-appointed. Full size bedsfirm is the description I use. The staff is kind but I had a hard time communicating due to the language barrier between Japanese and English. Great hotel for business trips if you are in Tokyo for tourism I suggest staying closer to Tokyo.

This hotel is good, but you must bring your own ironing if you want it to look nice. And the lamp in the room isn't too bright, the view from the room is good, but the refrigerator is not too cool, and there is no free mineral water in the room.
