We really adore this location and will definitely stay here again. My family and I went there on July 15 and spent 3 days and 2 nights at the Songbird Hotel Minakami which I guess was a low season here. We chose to drive there on our own. Aside from the really up and down roads, I find this hotel to be very nice. I didn't use our private entrance at all because there were 11 private ones available. Also, it was low season so we found no tourists, just Japanese people. This made this hotel even more quiet and relaxed. The food was delicious, both breakfast and dinner. The staff was very helpful. And there were 18 people so the air was fresh and lovely.

We went there for a skin trip. I really liked the hot springs. There were so many different hot spring rooms to choose from. The service and dinner were very good. I'd like to visit again some day.

We had a wonderful weekend here and slept well. We were greeted in the parking lot by the employees who led us to the reception area and room. Old traditional style rooms with futons assembled in the evening. The room included a tiny sitting area, tea towels, a basin, and a toilet. However, since we were assigned a room in the back of the hotel because it was in the off-season and very low occupancy, we were unable to see the mountains fieldgolf course, which was a little disappointing. The main area was beautiful, immaculate, and well-kept. The staff was very kind, and dinner and breakfast were delicious, with a multicourse kiseki. Tanami and tatami were used to prepare dinner and brunch. The room is charged for one use every night for 40 minutes. This is a neighboring building with 11 choices, both in a nice and clean environment. Overall, a decent old-fashioned hotel with excellent food and onset. Only Japanese is spoken.

This hotel has been there for a while, and if you want the latest and greatest, this might not be the spot for you. The first time hot springs were amazing. To make a reservation, you have 11 distinct hot spring options. You can use the hot springs for about an hour for a little family. On top of the hill, there is also a hot spring that overlooks the hotel. There is a shuttle bus, but you can enjoy going back down to the hotel after a swim. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.
