Saya memesan kamar triple, tetapi saya hanya menerima kamar twin yang sangat kecil. Dikatakan bahwa tidak ada staf dan satu-satunya cara untuk menghubungi saya adalah melalui LINE. Saya menghubungi Anda secara online. Jawabannya adalah "Anda hanya berdua Tidak sopan menggunakan kata "Anda" kepada pelanggan. Saya mencoba untuk menginap untuk 3 orang, tetapi sepertinya saya salah memasukkan jumlah orang sehingga hanya bisa muat 2 orang. Namun, reservasinya untuk kamar triple. (Tapi meskipun jumlah orangnya berubah, harga kamar tidak berubah Ya, kamar yang saya pesan adalah untuk kamar triple dan ketika saya memberi tahu mereka bahwa saya ingin mendapatkan jenis kamar yang saya bayar (walaupun ada beberapa balasan terus-menerus), mereka menjawab bahwa hotel sudah penuh dan jika saya ingin kamar triple, saya akan diarahkan ke hotel lain. Saya akhirnya pindah ke hotel lain (hotel afiliasi), tetapi saya membawa barang bawaan saya sendiri dan naik taksi sendiri. Itu adalah respons terburuk.
