The service here was very professional, like the staff, they even set up transportation with their vehicle, printed for us and took care of our things, they even printed for us. They also care about their valuables, the cleanliness of the room was very good but at times, the hotel was not very good.

Overall, it's a secure and decent location for spending money, if you're striving to save money, but not the most comfy location if you can afford a little more. I stayed here for a conference, and it was decent but not excellent. The staff made an effort to be accommodating, breakfast included a decent selection of cuisine, and the rooms were cleaned and serviced daily. There is a loud lobby, and noise goes up to the rooms. If you have a lot of suitcases, it's difficult because there was no lift. The room I was in was small and dark, and the restroom was small and without a shower curtain, making the entire bathroom quite wet. Although water was hot, there wasn't much water flow. Wifi is free, but it is patchy, and it does not reach all rooms. The rooms are not safe, there are no other extras such as an iron, hair dryer, etc., and there is nothing to borrow at the front desk.

The breakfast is horrible. There needs to be more effort to ensure that service is always of the highest caliber. I have remained at this hotel twice, and the first time was when the staff was superb. Suzan is a special, friendly, and very accommodating lady. I had an issue with the room I was given the second time. Comparatively small to the one I had previously stayed in. Finding another room took about 10 minutes.

The hotel is not fantastic, it is quite noisy at weekends. But the very friendly staff and the 247 restaurant made up for those shortcomings. The room is very clean and tidy.

It was our first visit with you and my hubby, and I really enjoyed it. We received a warm welcome, had a wonderful Valentine's dinner, especially the veg lasagna and turkey. A comfy beautifully decorated bed. I must say that we will be back.

All neat and clean. Room was very presentable. Did not like the bathroom door opening into the basin! A sliding door would have been better.

Quite shabby place. When I arrived by car late in the night, they would not let me in but said the hotel was fully booked (which was not true). When I got in, the receptionist did not find my booking made by hotels.com and neither did she find a booking of my friend made by booking.com. Finally she made some phone calls and a manager came and said that they needed some time to prepare our rooms (although it was almost 2am). We got both upgraded to superior rooms but the standard was really simple and ugly, with horrible red lights. The shower was between the toilet and the sink and the water was pretty cold. The room was clean though and the staff members were ok. Breakfast was very simple. Wi-fi was unstable but better up in the rooms than in the lobby. I was happy I only stayed there for one night.

The room was tiny with enough space only for the bed. The floor was sticky and dirty. Virtually everything in the bathroom was broken and the bathroom floor was quite dangerous to walk on. Although the room rate included breakfast the hotel staff were reluctant to honour it. Next door to the hotel is a bar that blasted extremely loud music throughout the night. Very uncomfortable stay.
