I can say it's a good experience to be working at the royal Thai consulate, it's almost across the street. The location is perfect for those doing business at the royal Thai consulate. street food, and a large number of mobile phone shops are only ten minutes walk away. Twenty minutes and you are in the river night market, temple museum, and the more public and restaurant scene for foreigners. The room was a good size and had excellent water pressure. The breakfast was strangely delicious. Unlike many locations I've stayed, they seemed to run out smaller batches of fried eggs and so on to ensure their heat and freshness rather than going out mass until the last ones are cold and malleable proteins. The restaurant staff were very attentive to the visitors. There are several power outlets in the space. What didn't I like? I was charged 20, 00 kip for iced tea from the fridge at the receptionist because the person at the reception didn't know how much to charge me. One dollar and 100 baht were offered first but he said I didn't have dollars, 100 baht was ridiculously expensive and 2, 00 kip was too cheap. I gave him a 100-dollar note. 80, 00 was returned. I checked out the following day for the first time, and noticed a price list on the fridge at reception.

Nice hotel right next to Thai embassy. Rooms are big, breakfast is a very generous buffet. The management is absolutely amazing. They did everything they could to help us when we run into some trouble during our stay. (Trouble not connected to the hotel) I can highly recommend this place they really shine if you need some assistance during your stay.

I was very satisfied. Service could not have been better. Breakfast was excellent. Not located in the heart of the tourist area, but for my purpose (business at the Thai embassy), the location was perfect. There are plenty of tuk-tuks to taxi you where you want to go. The building shows some age, but was clean. The bed is hard - typical for Thailand also. Overall very satisfied and would recommend to any practically-minded traveler. Booking on hotels.com took away some worry also - I didn't have to present credit card at hotel at all.

Helt greit hotell i nærheten av Thailands Ambassade/Konsulat. Reiser du til Laos for å få visum er dette et ypperlig valg til en grei pris. Hotellet er noe gammelt, men slik jeg opplevde det, rent og pent. Veldig hyggelig betjening.

They have a room with a dead mosquito in the wall when we arrived, and the shower point to the door, and all the area became wet. Having a live mosquito in the room makes it difficult to sleep, and I had a short lapse of availability, so it takes an hour to watch the video clip. The service was very disappointing. I saw a lot of signs indicating that the apartment had been rented and not maintained because it was so old and dingy. The breakfast was amazing. The room had a lot of dirt, and then there were so many dead mosquitoes in the wall when I arrived. I will post it in the form of a list at the checkout. All in all, if you need to apply for a visa, the next closest place was to the Royal Thai Embassy, thus the best place if you need to apply for an emigration. I took the picture of an egg station on the second story. The food is nice and tidy. The room is tired, the furniture is older than me, and the door is cracked. You may see the exterior outside through the wood. The bathroom is filthy and filthy. When you enter the shower, the whole area is soaked with a dampened shower. The bathroom is filthy. I don't recommend using it, but I would choose another hotel that offers a minimum

My brother's girlfriend and daughter had a major issue when booking a room at the hotel, but all the problems were quickly resolved, which helped us all relax. When the general manager, Brian Sengdala, couldn't have done more, he went above and beyond to help us. My brother's girlfriend also commented on how wonderful the stay was because of the staff. I work in the hospitality industry and enjoy it when people go above and beyond.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times. The room is clean, with basic amenities such as a kettle, a toilet, shampoo, and soap, and a toothbrush set. The water pressure from this hotel is great, good value for money. This place is very convenient for getting a visa from Thailand. Breakfast is good. They have a new station with an option for omelet and fried eggs. The hotel staff is polite and nice. Overall we are satisfied with this hotel for the price we pay.

Skønt ophold på 4 dage. Gå afstand fra hotellet til masser af oplevelser. Personalet er hjælpsom og der er rent og pænt. God cafe på modsat side af gaden benyttede jeg flere gange. Morgenmaden ok. Og wifi kørte godt.

The hotel was close to a lot of restaurant or choices of foods to eat. Near a mini store. Close to the Thai embassy. Breakfast was nice. Room was spacious and clean. Had taxi cabs and tuk tuk near by. Customer service was friendly. Only thing I'd change is the bed. The bed was big, but hard, like box spring hard. Pillow was too firm. All and all still manageable. I would come back.

숙박에 큰 어려움이 없었어요. 카드키 인식이 잘 되지 않았지만, 큰 문제는 아니었어요. 온수도 충분히 나오고 냉방도 좋았어요. 하지만 샤워기는 교체가 필요합니다. 조식은 쌀국수와 계란요리, 그리고 커피가 일품이었어요. 하지만 일부음식은 조리한 지 오래되어 신선도가 떨어졌습니다. 대체로 만족했어요.

Great place to stay if you are doing anytyoe of VISA run with the Thai Embassy. The Embasy is literally next door across the street! The place is clean, includes free breakfast and is clean for this side of the world. The staff was super nice!
