You agree to know and agree to the following fees: -

1) Smoking: Fine RM200.
2) Late Check-out: Fine RM50/hour if your check-out is unauthorized to be late.
3) Lost access card or lock: Fine RM100 per card to replace the new access card or replace the new lock.
4) Overuse electricity: Fine RM200 if didnt turn off all lights, water heater & air-conditioner not in use or when leaving the home except fridge.
5) No parties or events. Didnt follow Fine RM100.
6) Excessive alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited: Didnt follow Fine RM100.
7) No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation. Infants, babies, toddlers and children are more than welcome but each one must be specified on your reservation. There cannot be more than people booked in or on the property at any one point in time. Didn't follow Fine extra charges of RM50 per person per night.
8) This property is located in a residential area. Keep noise low and dont disturb neighbours to avoid complaints from residents or management. No noise after 11pm. Didnt follow Fine RM100.
9) No shoes in the house. Didnt follow Fine RM50.
10) Leave the place as you found it, clean and tidy. If you have used any dish, pot, cups, etc please wash clean and if you have moved any furniture (especially bed) please return to the original position before leaving. Too dirty Fine RM100.
11) Not allow oily cooking. Simple cooking (example: instant noodle, boiling, baby foods) is allowed only. Didnt follow Fine RM100.
12) Pets disallow: Didnt follow Fine RM100.

. We will collect security deposit of RM200.
Security deposit is refundable when following our House Rules and not any lost and damage
. Forbidden to damage any of the facilities in the house. You will be charged for any damaged or missing items.
. The guests will respect and follow all community guidelines listed inside the condominium or on the property.
