Excellent service from this hotels' staff. There is a mini convenience store in the lobby reception area. The breakfast served for this room rate are value for money. Each floor got lift.

Likes: A quiet place, very near to the beach. Friendly service staff. Room is comfy. Dislikes: Didn't realise that there is a water heater switch. Breakfast buffet is limited.

It was comfortable. For the price that I have paid, I would expect a better view of the scenery. Otherwise the room is clean, towels are changed every day.

The toilet layout was totally different from what shown in the photos. Toilet, rooms got the mouldy kind of smell. Smell of cigg when it’s non smoking hotel. Other than that, staff over there were very helpful in helping for checking in/out

The only disappointment was that I booked 2 rooms of the same type but was was informed at check-in they could provide one room and the other room would be smaller and charged at walk-in rate.

overall okey, cuma nya lepas ni kalau bagi breakfast, kene tau berapa pax masakan yg perlu ni buat, ini bila turun around 9:30pg, makanan da xde, hanya tinggal sikit2. Sampai semalam, tngah baring atas katil, tau2 anak mengutip ubat gegat dekat lantai, kecil je. tp sy xtau function letak ubat gegat dekat area situ. After this letak la ubat gegat dalam tandas ja. jngn letak tmpat tido, kalau ada anak kecil mcm sy susah mereka mengutip xtau apa. Nasib cepat2 bagi anak kumuh. dekat luar lobby ada anjing, masa loading barang2 anjing tu ikut kami sampai ke pintu. dngn bawak anak kecil risau kalau anjing tu dtg gigit. hygiene perlu dijaga jgak sbb anjing tu hidu2 dekat pintu situ. Kalau boleh lepas ni info yg pembayaran hanya boleh cash, ini minta deposit by cash sedangkan qr code tertera depan mata. Kitanya mmg jenis cashless. Jadi, sukar time nk check in dah kene satu hal mencarik atm berdekatan. Overall okey je .
