This hotel is between two major stops on the KL subway/monorail line, so it's very convenient. There is a huge shopping mall nearby where you can go to numerous restaurants and there was an Indian restaurant within walking distance. You can do your laundry across the street at a 24 hour laundromat. You'll get a nice, clean room, a desk, your own bathroom and shower. A 24/7 grocery store is right next door.

The review giving an excellent score must be a paid review. This Hotel is way below my standard. The room was in poor condition. The door couldn't lock well. At least aircon worked and the shower had hot water. The curtains were good. The rooms desperately need renovation and look nothing like what is show in the photos. The condition is poor. I was scared I would catch bedbugs from the bed - so I slept on top - not between the sheets. During the night there was car racing on the road outside the Hotel - so noisy. I won't stay again.

Kamar banyak debu. TV tidak menyala larena kepala powernya rusak. AC bocor WC sudah buruk. Air panas tidak bisa disetel. Lebih parah dari semua adalah: pelayanan yang tidak baik. Saya stay di sana 2 malam dengan pertimbangan cari hotel murah saja karena hanya dipakai tidur sebab seharian akan keluar menjelajahi Malaysia. Saya datang jam 12.30 utk antar barang, kebetukan check in jam 2 jadi saya langaung pergi saja tanpa cek kamar. Pada malam harinya saya datang ke kamar, aroma seperti asap rokok terasa kuat, tampak AC bocor, TV tidak menyala, air panas di kamar mandi tidak bisa disetel serta WC yang buruk. Malam itu dijanjikan akan ganti kamar untuk besok hari atau melakukan perbaikan. Petugas tidak memberikan kamar yang lain. Alasan tidak ganti kamar pada malam itu karena semua kamar penuh. Pada hari berikutnya petugas mengatakan lupa perbaiki kekurangan di kamar dan tetap menganjurkan tinggal di kamar yang sama. Setelah ngotot dengan janji mereka sebelumnya diberikanlah kamar baru dengan keadaan lebih parah, banyak debu dan tampak seperti gudang. Setelah komplain, akhirnya diberikan kamar lain yang sedikt lebih baik dari kamar pertama. Saya sangat kecewa booking hotel di sini.
