All illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and action will be taken on the offenders.
(Violation of this rule penalty of RM 300)
* Guest are required to switch off of all lights and air conditioners when leaving the premises( failed to do so will charge rm 300 penalty)

* Late check out is charge RM 30 per hour. Kindly inform early so we can arrange the next check in
* Any lost key/ access card/ parking card will charge penalty of RM 300 for replacement
KINDLY CHECK THE HOUSE RULES AS FOLLOWS:
* Kindly keep the place clean. Extra cleaning fee will be impose if the premise cleanliness is unacceptable( base on cleaning fee per unit)
