We stayed for 2 nights from february 27 to 28. The place exceeded my expectations, to be honest. The villas are clean, the staff is friendly, and there is plenty of buggy service. Beautiful malay food, especially dinner prepared by chef khalid at their ocean restaurant with perfectly balanced spices and flavors. The yapplicationy kampora spa was also good with friendly service and a great malay massage. Situated overlooking the beautiful chersyong beach and near the mustsee fireflies. Would return again.

Saya menginap di sini selama 2 minggu terakhir. Kamarnya bersih. Awalnya saya mengingatkan ada kolam renang, tapi tidak ada Royal Chulan Chalet. Ternyata kolam itu berada di dekat villa. (Harus membayar lebih untuk kolam renang di vila). Tapi pantainya sangat indah dan bersih. Itu adalah liburan yang nyaman untuk keluarga saya. Terima kasih.

I stayed here because there is a hair firefly cruise every day. The room was stylish and with a view of the stunning sea. We stayed in a family suite with two bedrooms. And then, we really enjoyed the beautiful beach while watching the surfers go off. After that, the view from the sunset was spectacular. Subsequently, the food was delicious, as was the customer service from the restaurant.

This property is in a great location near the point and restaurants. The staff is very helpful. The room has a balcony so you can hear the sea. The room feels right next to the waves. The property is beautiful, so much space!.

I want to thank the entire team for their wonderful and prompt assistance. From security to reception to restaurant, buggy driver, and room service. Due to a complaint i made, they upgraded my room for free. The setting is serene and ideal for unwinding. My family thoroughly enjoys our time there.

The villas by royale chulan are stunning. The seafacing units are ideal, especially if you have children. The pool access is quite easy, and the beach is only a short distance away. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Additionally, there are several restaurants and local tourism attractions close to the villa.

Royale Chulan Chalet adalah hotel atau chalet yang terjangkau, indah dan bersih. Harga sudah termasuk sarapan, sangat baik. Chalet ini terhubung atau dekat dengan pantai yang bersih dan indah. Anak-anak sangat menyukainya karena banyak katak kecil. Layanan staf juga sangat baik. Saya meninggalkan barang di kamar chalet, setelah 2- 3 hari, saya teringat dan menelepon chalet untuk bertanya, staf masih menyimpan dan bersedia mengirim barang-barang saya karena lokasi rumah saya jauh dari chalet. Nice pro hotel at the entrance to cherating beach. The room is very acceptable and the staff are very friendly. There is a multipurpose function hall on top of the check in counter that can accommodate up to 80 people for a dinner event. Situated close to the beach, this hotel is always frequented by local and foreign surfers, as cherating beach is quite common for malaysian surfers.

In general, the hotel in kuantan is decent, but it is located far from the city and directly on the surfing beach. There are many surfing schools nearby. If you want to learn to surf, you can choose this hotel. However, for chinese, the food is relatively simple.
