The hotel is quite old, but it is located in a small kampung that is full of natural relaxation. River water, cool and quiet environment, and close to a good picnic place.

Tempat yang hijau dan nyaman, tapi kamarnya sangat buruk. Beranda bocor dengan AC. Tempat tidur kotor. Kamar mandi sangat kotor, dengan pintu kamar mandi yang sulit untuk dibuka. Manajemen resor harus banyak memperbaiki. Saya harus menyewa rm 10, apa itu layanan. Kamar dalam kondisi perabotan lama xkisah, asalkan kamar dalam keadaan BERSIH.

There are no meal options, but the newlywedded couple can enjoy some privacy. There is a fish pond on your balcony. You can purchase fish food. Take in the peaceful atmosphere while feeding the fish directly from your balcony. There is a swimming pool available for kids, but it is extremely cold. The adult pool is too deep.

The location is pleasant. The river is pleasant. The room is small but cozy. The air conditioning is uncontrollable, making the temperature impossible to regulate. Its too chilly to handle. The pool is too deep without gradient, measuring 3 meters deep, so be careful. Even the childrens pool is 1.2 meters deep. Poor management. The resort manager is unfriendly. Smile frequently. However, as requested by the client, we are still able to successfully manage our program.

Setelah pulang dari Seri Pengantin, saya berpikir tempatnya indah. Namun, saya salah booking kamar yang tidak sesuai dengan kehadiran kami. Anak-anak dan suami saya paling suka dengan kolam renang yang nyaman dan begitu indah dengan pemandangan yang begitu sejuk. Terima kasih kepada pemilik Seri Pengantin, saya juga meminta maaf karena anak saya memecahkan cawan 1 tetapi sudah dibayar semula. Insya Allah kami akan datang lagi nanti.

The rooms have balconies with lake views. Fish are fed from the room. The air is fresh. The landscape is amazing! If you like trees, this is the place for you.

Anak-anak dan suami saya paling suka dengan kolam renang yang nyaman dan pemandangan yang begitu indah. Terima kasih kepada pemilik Seri Pengantin, maaf juga anak kami terpecahkan dalam cawan 1, tapi sudah dibayar semula. Insya Allah kami akan datang lagi nanti.

The chalet is small, so you wont see many people around. The place is quite secluded, with a manmade river full of fish behind your chalet. Really refreshing. Got some privacy.

The pandemic has severely affected the resort, in my opinion. The resort would have looked nicer and not run without lockdowns if it hadnt been for the lockdowns. You can still spend a few nights there and explore the city of jandabaik. Just dont expect the best of everything. If youre traveling on a tight budget, this place is a mustvisit place.

Setelah pembayaran penuh saya memutuskan untuk memeriksa ulasan di aplikasi. Dari sana saya mulai tawakal dan tidak terlalu berharap terlalu tinggi. Hampir semua ulasan sebelum ini tidak ada perubahan. Sayangnya resor ini memiliki banyak potensi yang dapat dicapai, tetapi manajemen tampaknya tidak peduli dengan komentar-komentar yang dibuat di sini. Meskipun demikian, staf, alhamdulillah semuanya baik dan sangat membantu. Saya berharap seri pengantin resort terus maju ke depan dan mengambil langkah proaktif untuk meningkatkan kualitas keseluruhan resor ini. Kami berdoa agar resor ini terus sukses di masa depan.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
The reception operates from 8:00 to 21:00 PM on weekdays (Sunday - Thursday) and 8:00 to 22:00 on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Public & School Holidays). On weekdays, the resort's main entrance gate will be closed at 23:00 and reopened at 07:00. Please be advised that assisted check-in will not be available after 22:00. A self-check in procedure will be arranged for any arrival after 22:00. Kindly contact the resort for arrival after 22:00.
Please note that phone access in guest rooms are not available as the property is not within the radius of main communication infrastructure. Depending on your mobile carrier, mobile network service may not be available on the property.
Please note that the property does not have any credit card facility. All transactions and payments are by cash, bank transfer or QR Pay only.
The resort's main entrance gate will be closed daily from 12:30 to 14:45 for housekeeping and general cleaning services.
