They provide a tiny seminar room, with a quiet atmosphere, because their lobby has good hygiene and good service. And then, they provided a little seminar room. After that, the cleanliness here was great. Subsequently, the service here was good, like the cleanliness. Then, the room was clean. Besides that, the service was nice, they have a halal Chinese monkey cafe at the same spot, a restaurant at the same location, a convenient store, and a wet market in the neighborhood room. The room was so spacious and cozy. After that, the location was so quiet because of the low density and abundance of vacant land.

This is a really small budget hotel that is only 4 units in the same block that has been converted into a terrific business-friendly hotel. It is silent because the property is not very dense, and there is a lot of empty area, so it provides value added for those who need to sleep well. The multiracial foodcourt is close by, open till 1200 midday, except Sunday. At the same spot, there is a Chinese restaurant and a halal Chinese monkey cafe. There are bank, convenience store, and a wet market, as well as the neighborhood room. The lobby was perfect, there was a great clean restroom, excellent service, and a decent mini seminar room that was adequate. It is also convenient to stay because it is a great seminar room provided. This is a disadvantage for the business here because I need a card before I go up, it's a bit lazy there is no coffee maker and no kettle inside the room, and it is yellow lights are bad for vision as we need to work on the table with brighter light to channel the price slightly higher, but they're worth it for the cleanliness.

We booked room 90. The place is in a quiet residential area but not far from vivacity mall and only rm 10 grab ride to the waterfront or rm 10 to the airport. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. They spoke fluent English and could hold good conversation. Some stray dogs roam the area. The room is just nice for a single traveler like me though we might need a bidet. The bed is firm and clean. The size is good but reception is very dark. Most halal restaurants there are only open at night.

I reserved rm 90 as my lodging. Although the hotel is in a peaceful suburban neighborhood, it is close to the waterfront and the airport, and only requires a taxi ride for rm 10. The front desk personnel is very accommodating and welcoming. They could converse effectively and spoke excellent English. Some stray dogs are roaming the area. Although we might require a bidet, the space is ideal for a single traveler like me. The mattress is comfortable and tidy. Although the display size is decent, reception is very misunderwhelming. The majority of the halal eateries there are only open at night.
