I had a bad experience while staying here. I booked this hotel for a week. The condition of the hotel is very bad. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

This place is so luxurious and luxurious. The hotel is very convenient, close to great nightclubs like the pokok live band. And if you walk to the left, you can buy authentic nyonya kuihs at moh Teng pheow in the morning. There is no water bidet at the toilet. The toilet is designed in a western style where you just need to use toilet paper to wipe.

Check-in sangat profesional dan banyak tips bermanfaat tentang restoran dan tempat wisata. Staf dan manajer hotel semuanya sangat ramah dan membantu. Semuanya sangat bersih dan terawat dengan baik. Ada sebotol air di kamar yang diperbarui setiap hari. Ini adalah hotel butik kecil dengan hanya 8 kamar. Ada dapur di mana Anda bisa membuat kopi, teh, atau apa pun di microwave. Sarapan tersedia di bar sebelah. Staf di sini juga sangat baik dan membantu. Anda dapat memilih antara 4 hidangan dan mendapatkan buah segar dan kopi atau teh. Karena sarapan baru dimulai jam 8 pagi dan kami harus berangkat pagi-pagi sekali, kami mendapat paket perawatan berupa sandwich dan jeruk. Layanan super! Ada beberapa hal yang perlu diketahui, tetapi itu bukan masalah besar bagi kami: sepatu harus dilepas di pintu masuk. Agak aneh bagi kami, tapi tentu saja seluruh rumah sangat bersih. I found the room to be quite comfortable. Its conveniently located near the city itself, with bars and convenience stores nearby, although it can be a bit noisy at night.

We couldnt have asked for a better stay! This was a fantastic place to stay. Right in the heart of the action amongst the hawker stalls of chulia street and with lovelane around the corner for drinks. There are many quality cocktail bars and restaurants nearby. But rest assured, you will get a good nights sleep. The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable with small touches to make it a relaxing stay. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

The location is in the middle of the city. The rooms are comfortable and the common areas are nice. The staff is friendly and polite. There are many great restaurants, cafes, bars and street art within walking distance. Will come back again next time i visit penang.

The hotel is built on the second and third floors of an old building. The location is close to old georges road, which has lots of bars and restaurants around. The hotel room is clean and well maintained. Big television, cold air conditioning, only there is no door but a curtain to separate the bathroom and bed which is quite strange to me. Be careful at night there may be noise from the nearby bar. There is a coffee shop called mug coffee around 400 m from the hotel, if you like coffee, you can buy their coffee in the morning.

We had a wonderful and enjoyable stay at a boutique hotel. The room was large, clean, and had great facilities. The manager was also very nice. The only thing i would mention is that the toilet bidet is impossible to use, very difficult to press and once done, the water spurts out like a machine gun. Its also located right in the middle of a very busy area, so expect some music and commotion from outside at night. Parking you would have to use a small temporary space on the right loosely managed by a cohort of old uncles. Let them know you are staying with tien and try to communicate in mandarin, canto, or a local dialect. They dont speak english well, but the best pork rice you can get is right below tien at the corner coffee shop. Make sure to try it out.

When you see the entrance, you dont expect it to be pleasant and cozy upstairs. Like their common area, pantry, and garden, right outside the pantry. Wonderful experience.

This is an amazing hotel with great rooms, great staff, great prices and a great location. There is nothing to complain about. The hotel had a cozy and modern atmosphere, and they even managed to put in a pool on the roof! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. When we left the hotel we had to check out before the usual breakfast, so they made sure we had breakfast in the fridge to bring with us. Also, thanks to rynald who was very friendly and helpful. He set up an hour long meeting with us to help us plan our trip to borneo, made a whole map of where to go and when so we could see as much as possible in the time we had. He even called his friends who live there and asked them for tips! I have never stayed in a hotel where someone helped their customers so much as he did here. He didnt even try to make us stay longer in gm town because he thought we would enjoy bahasa now that we had seen gm, which shows that he cared more about our experience in malaysia than just making money. I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for making our stay in malaysia so wonderful.

Tien has one of the most comfortable beds and pillows ever! I wanted to sleep or lay down all the time rather than going out to explore George Town! The staff is amazing. The small rooftop pool is also a highlight. Every corner of this property looks instagramable.
