The hotel was located at a very convenient location, access to the hotel was easy and convenient. The lobby smell good and welcoming. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was big and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic, the spread was excellence. Last but not least, will never come back again to this hotel again.

Harga kamar sesuai dengan fasilitas yang didapat, hotelnya sederhana ukuran kamar kecil seperti hotel lama, interior kamar beberapa sepertinya sudah ditambah jadi terlihat baru, petugas nya ramah, baru datang saya diminta uang jaminan 100RM tapi malam itu kami belum sempat tukar uang dan hanya ada 50RM, petugas hotel nya memperbolehkan, kami menginap 2 malam tapi hari kedua air kopi teh gula tidak di Refill, sepertinya harus diminta dan disampaikan atau petugas hotelnya memang lupa. Hotel ini berjarak beberapa kilo dari pusat kota Kuala Lumpur jadi kalau mau kesini dari KL Sentral atau dari hotel ke KL Sentral harus naik grab car ongkosnya kisaran 7RM s.d 13RM tergantung jam pesan dan cuaca karena harga berubah, kiri kanan hotel tidak ada minimarket jadi kalau mau ngemil di kamar baiknya belanja dulu sebelum balik ke hotel, disini tenang karena tidak di keramaian, ada kamar yang tidak berjendela dan harganya lebih murah. Yang paling mengejutkan di hotel ini adalah kami tidak dipungut biaya pajak hotel bagi wisatawan asing, karena pada di hotel lain akan dikenai 10RM perhari maka kalau 2 hari bisa 20RM ya lumayan juga apalagi kalau lebih lama, kebijakan yang cukup baik, karena pajak hotel ya cukup hotel yang bayar dan include saja didalam harga kamar, agar wisatawan dari awal memesan sudah tidak perlu memikirkan biaya tambahan lagi. secara keseluruhan hotel ini baik, sepertinya akan lebih murah lagi dihari biasa, kami datang dilibur natal yang padat itupun sudah murah. 😊 kapan waktu boleh jadi pilihan kembali. 👍

I stay here for one night. The room was very dirty, especially if the room is not too big. They also did not provide breakfast or tea. Also, they are not friendly to the receptionist.
