We had the all inclusive option, which gave us access to all the other hotels owned my playa los arcos. In doña Susana there’s not really much going on, but the pool on the main hotel is really nice, and right next to the restaurant and bar. The food was amazing and the staff provided probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We also received an upgrade to a room with a balcony due to it being our honeymoon trip, which was really nice! No microwave inside the room, but we truly didn’t need one, since all the food we had was fresh and made on the spot! Also, the AC inside the room was life saving and always worked perfectly

I stayed in one of the renovated rooms with a balcony! It was a nice room and had great closet storage. The bathroom area was spacious as well. The balcony was a nice place to sit. The rooftop was awesome! Very beautiful and great views. You have access to the pools at the Los Arcos Suites across the street and also to the beach club/pool at Playa Los Arcos. They were all great locations to hang out at! Very close to the beach, shops, restaurants. The staff were also very friendly! I really enjoyed my stay here!

Moises at reception was amazing. Very knowledgable and accomodating. Always has a smile on his face. Gracias Moises for everything. See you next year! Couple disappointments - key card system needs to be replaced. Had to get new keys multiple times daily as they would self deactivate. Staff continually advised about keeping key cards away from cell phones but yet we still had issues. Rooms and beds could use updating. There was no staff upstairs at the lounge/bar. This was a huge part of why we booked Casa Susana. The reasoning as to no staff was just silly. We were told because of the day the cartel leader was assisinated. A monrh later still no staff.
