Es un hotel que ofrece una experiencia con jerarquía. La limpieza y el servicio son de bastante altura e IMPONEN, ambos aspectos sobresalen excelentemente. Mi habitación amplia, estética, moderna y obviamente equipada. El baño: EXCELENTE, nivel DECENCIA PLUS! El desayuno incluído de NIVEL FELICIDAD, imagínate que es de 6 am a 10 am con opciones para comida pesada o desayuno nutritivo hasta con diferentes opciones de yogurt, en fin, almuerzos variados y super completos o si eres de onda light ahí tienen todo para ti. El trato del personal ULTRA AMIGABLE y profesional. El servicio de transporte IDEAL. Regresaría? DEFINITIVAMENTE! Esta es una opción de Hilton con un OBVIO ALTO NIVEL.

Un hotel fantástico con transporte al aeropuerto Benito Juárez. Su personal de recepción excelente, súper amables y atentas las Sritas. El hotel tiene un desayuno excelente y delicioso. Todo muy limpio y variado. Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Los productos de aseo personal tienen aromas deliciosos. El baño muy limpio y la regadera y fabulosa. Nos encanto hospedarnos , tienen horario extendido con costo, hasta Max 6pm, en lo que esperas tu vuelo. Tienen un gimnasio muy limpio y funcional. Toda su decoración es hermosa, tienen futbolito y juegos de mesa. Hay café y té en recepción 24 horas. La ubicación excelente a menos de 10min del la terminal 1, hay cerca Walmart, vips y una plaza Boulevard aeropuerto que encuentras donde comer o cenar. 10/10 todo.

Un hotel recientemente abierto, con una ubicación buenísima si lo que necesitas es estar cerca del aeropuerto. Incluye desayuno chilaquiles, huevo revuelto, fruta, leche, yogurt, cereal, café, hot cakes, a un súper precio. Habitaciones muy pequeñas pero solo necesitábamos pasar una noche para tomar el avión, buscábamos ubicación cerca del AICM, precio y limpieza.

The hotel was well managed and the staff super helpful and friendly. I arrived at the hotel and was checked in and in my room within 10 minutes, including parking my vehicle. The location was a little confusing but once there easy I had no issues. The distance from the airport was about 5 minutes - and depending on the time of day is the amount of traffic that you will find. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a location near the airport for a quick night or two. I cannot attest to staying longer as I was only there the one night. Again, the staff was super friendly and helpful and they do provide airport transfers if you are not renting a vehicle or driving in.

Checkin staff (male) was rude and annoyed by my arrival. The shuttle took more than hour to pick me up from the airport despite the front desk female staff telling me that driver was about to pick me up

The property is modern, clean, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the complimentary airport shuttle service, but no shuttle ever arrived. We tried calling the hotel for over an hour and a half with no answer, and had to called U.S customer service and they were also unable to reach anyone. When we finally arrived, we explained the situation to the front desk manager Ms. Garcia but she showed no concern and no willingness to help or resolve the issue. Because of the delay, we lost valuable time, had to pay for an Uber, and cancel our dinner plans. While the hotel itself is new and clean, the lack of customer service from the front desk manager left us with a very negative impression.
