There is ongoing construction next door to the hotel from 8 AM to 6 PM daily. As a result, we have significantly discounted our prices to account for any potential noise disturbances. The noise is inconsistent, but guests are enjoying being just one block from the beach at a great price, as most are out during the day anyway. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. Please note that some units have a full kitchen and others a kitchenette (no stove). This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
