A very bizarre situation. First off this is NOT a hotel - it is more akin to the palatial estate of a pro athlete or head of a cartel. When I arrived I had to walk around the entire property twice before finally encountering a small French Moroccan man and two housekeepers who spoke no English. Even though I had paid in advance they had no record of my paying or of my reservation. The housekeeper's made a point giving me a tour of the larger bedrooms of the main house where I would NOT be staying and directed me to, in their words, Le Bungalow. A block room in the exterior concrete Courtyard which was more akin to a servant's quarters .Even though there was a large Wi-Fi router in the main house regular WiFi was non-existent and the Wi-Fi password they gave me for guest(s) was useless. The pool area was nice but had not been cleaned and sometime so even though the weather was perfect to use the pool.... it's sanitary condition was questionable. The property sits on an elevated Hill overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a marvelous View. Strangely, given the meticulous upkeep of the main residence... I was the ONLY person staying there and my presence was treated as more of a distraction by the staff taking away from there cleaning and maintenance of the main house for an unknown future Patron. It really. seems a shame because the property is being wasted in its current state.

There is no staff on duty. Hard to find anyone and they don't speak any English. Swimming pool water is dirty and not suitable for swimming. Most power outlets in rooms are not working. Refrigerators are available but not working. There are spiders and insects in the rooms. No WiFi available.

Ingenting stämde med den information som jag fick från början. Där fanns inte ett enda vattenkokare, inte torkhår, ingenting. Där fanss inte eluttag som man kunde använda. Så fruktansvärt upplevelse.

1. This is a misrepresented in Travelocity. Avoid at all costs! It looks like a big mansion style hotel, but actually outback behind the "hotel" is box motel style accommodation. 2. No wifi or services; 3. 1 receptionist who leaves by dusk and you are all alone- if there was an emergency no one is there. You literally are all alone. The last night when we returned to the hotel the one worker was intoxicated and insisted we did not pay (we paid via Travelocity and attempted to show the online bank debit to account) and he wanted money. 4. No heat, freezing. 5. A complete rip off for money and value. I have stayed at several Casa hotels and this was the worst ever.
