We booked for 3 nights here and had a great deal. The hotel is very busy, so it is not noisy at all. The hotel lobby is very busy with the receptionist to help us so much, and the service from the employees is very good. Even breakfast can be loud and the room size is big. The pool is also very nice.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Better view from the front, the pool, and the distant mountains. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing in the room is not soundproof, particularly if someone closes the door. The pool is nice but not very big. Breakfast is fairly simple, and the local is a bit far from other points of interest. Although far and in a peaceful area, there are some restaurants nearby within walking distance. Recommend for a relaxing, quiet room not far from the city.

I stayed here for 2 nights, I get a room ok but the bathroom is old and the shower is either too hot or too cold. The pool is good but busy traffic passing nearby probably the same for many hotels in Mandala. The staff is very friendly and helpful but I didn't find it difficult to communicate I was looking for a nearby gym to use but somehow this was too difficult to explain and advise. The breakfast wait staff dressed casual Devil jackets and sweatshirts over their uniform which confused me as if they were staff or guests? I couldn't find the hotel listed as a Grab taxi location which was annoying. Overall rating 3.

Mandala is a fascinating and culturally diverse city to visit. The opportunity to return to a warm, welcoming, and comfortable hotel adds to the experience of living in this city. The Mandala Lodge is a well situated hotel close to all the city's must-see attractions.

The hotel is very professionally run, and the staff is friendly. The room was big and clean with modern facilities in it. Our school party loved the swimming pool and gym and the hotel staff were willing to make accommodations and adjust so the kids could swim longer, sing karaoke at the poolside, play chin long and be safe. The wifi in my room at the end of the corridor was sometimes patchy and there were cigarette butts on the balcony and poolside that hadn't been cleaned. In other words, the hotel provides very good service.
