I was expecting something better for the price paid. The room was cozy, and the location was excellent. However, because of the old windows, you can see everything that happens on the street. There werent enough umbrellas to share and there wasnt much heat.

This hotel is in a great location for visiting amsterdam. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the room size was big enough for three people. We would have liked if there were more options for the continental breakfast, such as more fresh fruit, cereal, etc, or thicker walls between rooms. But we were kept awake by the neighbors snoring!.

The hotel was fantastic for our stay in Amsterdam. The room was perfect and beautiful. It took 3 minutes to walk to the airport from the hotel. Would repeat it over and over.

The hotel is small but looks really cool. The staff was very nice and helpful. No problems with checkin or check out even though we checked out very early in the morning. Location is great. There are many museums nearby, a tram station, and i just walk to the city. Also, there are lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel and room were nicely decorated and had calming atmosphere. Yes, the room was small, but that wasnt surprising and it had an interesting charm. Breakfast is good, everything is available. Different bread, meat, cheese, eggs, as well as marmalade, honey, cereals. Great coffee, different juices and tea.

I stayed at the max brown location for a week as i was traveling alone. The room is essentially solitary europeansized, with tastier beds. With plenty of hot water, the bathroom was larger than most singleperson use hotel rooms ive ever been in. Both the room and the site are immaculate. There is an adorable little coffee bar at reception that serves snacks and other beverages. Friendly personnel and in ideally situated surroundings close to several museums. About ten minutes walk from the tourist area center. Tram routes are nearby for everything you need to go. I wholeheartedly endorse max brun for solo travelers. They also graciously allowed me to leave my luggage three hours before checkin. That was greatly appreciated.

This hotel is truly exceptional. The medium room was a decent size, and i adored the decor and the exceptionally comfortable beds. Its location is excellent. All the staff members were courteous. I will definitely stay here again when returning to Amsterdam or any other location with max brown hotels.

I would love to return and strongly suggest this hotel. I had a great time there. The room was tidy and tastefully furnished, albeit tinier. Although i was hesitant to use the stairs that lead up to the lobby from the street, the hotel itself had an elevator, which was wonderful. However, because the door is manual, getting into and out of the elevator required careful timing. If the doors are open, they wont move, but if you miss your window for opening the gate, it will proceed to whatever other floor called it. One of them assisted me in figuring out my airport transportation options at 11 p. M. On the night before my flight! Based on the pet hydration station near the front door, treats at the reception desk, and the various petthemed items in their gift shop, its also seems petfriendly.

We had a wonderful time at the max brown hotel. The lobby is lovely, cozy, peaceful, tastefully decorated, and artistically designed. We enjoyed drinking the coffee here every morning because it was so good. Particularly the young man who welcomed us upon arrival, the staff was excellent. Free umbrellas, bicycles or other useful items are provided by the hotel for free. Location, from which you can explore all parts of the city, is where the best value is. Small rooms, tight corners, steep steps, etc. Are all typical for amsterdam. Dont be surprised by these small spaces, tiny rooms with tight curves and steep stairs. Without if we were to return, we would stay here again.

The room is small but clean and warm. The mattress and pillows are too soft. Housekeeping only after 2 days. Breakfast is amazing not just in quantity and variety but also in quality. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Wifi works well.

Excellent position in the center of the museum district of amsterdam. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service, recommendations, and assistance whenever needed. Hotel is located just south of leidseplein area, where many restaurants are within walking distance of hotel. Highly recommended.

What a lovely location to stay! The breakfast is excellent, and the personnel was helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfortable mattresses. Its also peaceful. Ive stayed here twice now, so i really liked it! Very handy location.

The room was spotless and tastefully furnished. The sheets were freshly cleaned and starched, but they smelled strongly of body odor. I had to constantly turn off the water because it would fill up to my ankles because the shower stall was so tight. When i inquired about the heater on the second night, a plugin heater was provided, which made my stay more comfortable because there is no fridge and you cant control the heating. Its okay that they only changed my towels once while ive been there for four nights, even though he did change them once. However, since ill run out after the third day and they didnt replenish my toilet paper supply, in fact, im forced to request more. They also never made me bed, although that was okay, as if yelling at me. All of the museums are close by in this excellent location. Additionally, they gave each adult ten free drink voucher, however, there was no bottled water available. In addition, liquid hand soap was installed in the bathroom rather than body soap, instead, their offer was given.

The hotels location is excellent, its close to all the major museums. Additionally, it is conveniently close by bus and tram stops, allowing easy access to the city center without having to walk. The personnel were extremely welcoming. It was quite cozy in the rooms. We discovered that the bathroom was the only drawback. Particularly the shower, which was somewhat challenging to fit in and was rather small. Also, the restroom door didnt have a lock and didn't close properly, giving the impression that there wasnt any privacy. Overall, we had hoped for i was very happy with my stay and it was incredibly wise to do so.

Our stay at the max brown hotel museum was incredibly comfortable and welcoming. From the first meeting to our final breakfast before we left, everything and everyone were excellent! I enjoyed spending time in the inviting bar lobby area, where i met the staff and played card games with my daughter. Our room was fantastic, and the views from our window were breathtaking. Overall, a fantastic stay!.
