I have been here before, and I think I will be back. So arriving before noon is typically not the best at any hotel, no difference here on the subject. The receptionist was friendly and offered to deliver me the key and all the forms, but she asked me politely to wait until my room was ready. I went for a walk in the garden and surroundings, you have some choices attached to the review. The room was on the ground floor of the courtyard building, and the room 14 I got was very clean and spacious, with a bathroom that had a bathtub and a shower based on what you wanted. The bed was comfortable, and there was a free minibar. Breakfast, a decent selection of buffet, eggs, meat, etc. So anything for everyone. To disenfranchize customers, you may pick breakfast until 9 or after 9. So to disperge the guests. There were two chairs at the table outside my room, and in the wood was a decorative bush a duck nesting between the branches. Overall, I had a fantastic stay with friendly staff, a fantastic hotel experience, and if I go to Helen again, I will choose the same hotel for my stay. I advise you to try it and if you don't like it, just blame me.

A fantastic hotel in an old castle. Located in a peaceful setting surrounded by a park. Large rooms with a lot of space. Service and breakfast were excellent. Also recommend the restaurant and the bar, both of which were well designed. Free parking is available in front of the hotel. Very limited electric chargers are available for cars.

The food was of good quality, though. A very comfortable room and a large bathroom with a large shower and separate shower. Lots of towels, 7 tea and coffee makers, and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was good and included a variety of buffet and a la carte dishes for 22. 50 per person. We enjoyed the pool and spa at another nearby hotel and didnt feel too busy during the midweek february despite having dinner in the main steel. We canceled the second nights dinner because we realized the menu would be exactly the same as the first night and would only have 3 options for each course. You should have more options or at least new menus if you were staying at this hotel for any length of time.

We only stayed in this hotel for one night because I had a meeting with a very important client in the neighborhood and then a dinner at a nearby excellent italian restaurant pirandello will review separately. Sadly, the hotel was unable to accommodate a table for 5 for dinner in their restaurant because it was fully booked, even though 3 out of the 5 were staying in the hotel. The hotel has a lot of character. My room was big, spacious, clean, a bit dated, but comfortable. I was on a business trip, but the hotel is clearly not for business travelers because the wifi is bad, the lightning in the room is also not good, and there are no charging stations or usb sockets. But none of this was a problem for me. I was fine because I chose a hotel that isn't for business travel, so it was fine. But the walls in my room were whitecreamwhite, and you could see dead bodies of some mosquitoes almost petrified on the walls. But I just wanted a few drinks. If you want a drink, you must go outside to the large patio and drink outdoors. They said no tip, but one of my coworkers who is perfect Dutch and understands everything they say and they decide to leave instead of confronting the staff.
