I stayed at this motel for two nights and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and approachable, and the location was excellent—close to the main city and with easy highway access. Overall, a convenient and comfortable place to stay. Would recommend.

The Manager was lovely. The rooms were very adequate, spotlessly clean and an excellent air-conditioning unit. My only hassle was that there was no iron available. There was on night one, but it disappeared. Parking fabulous and proximity to main roads and shopping excellent.

I LIKED JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING. NICE CLEAN WELL KEPT ROOM WITH AIR/HEAT (HEAT PUMP) - GREAT SERVICE >> FRESH TOWEL EVERY DAY etc...HAD A STUDIO ROOM WHICH WAS QUITE SPACIOUS. MANAGERS DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH WELL, BUT WE COMMUNICATED OK. PARKING WAS A BIT TIGHT IN BACK NON-SMOKING ROOMS, BUT AWAY FROM ALL STREET NOISE AND "VERY QUITE" BACK THERE.I DEFINITELY WOULD "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" IT AND WILL BOOK IT AGAIN THROUGH EXPEDIA AGAIN WHEN VISITING HAMILTON. CLOSE IN... BUT NOT TO CLOSE TO CITY CENTER. I EVEN STAYED AN ADDITIONAL 2 NIGHTS !!! THUMBS UP 👍👍👍 FOR THE "CLASSIC MOTEL"AND "EXPEDIA"...CHEERS FROM HASTINGS, NEW ZEALAND

Parking was outside the door, its an older property and you get what you pay for. It was clean. The kitchen is adequate.

You get what you pay for. The place is old, some what clean, but behind toilet door and toilet door handles filthy. Cigarette burns on toilet seat, bed cover, little lounge table. Ants, spiders, praying mantis and cobwebs. The bed needs replacing, has no support at all. Very high step into the shower, unless your are tall, you have to get in the shower to turn it on.
