Loved this place. We stayed 2 nights and on our way back from our holiday 9 days later stayed another 2 nights. Had a large private spa pool, comfortable King bed, great parking, very quiet, yet close to tourist attractions, like the Gondola, Maitai, 3D Art and eating places. Has a gym and sauna and swimming pool (warm enough for swimming). Loved the sauna and spa the best. All the staff are super friendly and welcoming, and helpful. Every time from hereon, this will be our first choice in Rotorua. Our motel was spacious and warm. Great value for money.

Spacious with two-seater couch and arm chair, very clean, perfect king bed and bed linen, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, private spa bath off back door. Parking at the door. It is right on a busy main road, but totally soundproof. Cost for our ground floor Premium Studio $141.00. We will go there every.time and recommend it with confidence.

One of the closet in kitchen smells strange, no kitchen paper, the table set, especially the chairs are a bit too old, the surface of the chairs are peeling that we dare not to sit on. Staff don't tell us the hot water spa actually power off after 9pm that we could not use it. Other wise it is a very good stay, quite new bathroom, soft and warm bedding, staff are very polite, night time are very quiet...
