I had such a good stay that I extended it - after a complicated work project coming back to the private mineral pool was AMAZING. I travel a lot, and it isn’t often I bother about reviews because there isn’t usually something special or unusual to write about. The staff were super helpful, the hot pool was something really special. Highly recommend!

We loved the private hot tub was amazing to just relax evening and morning everyday. The onsite staff went above and beyond and were super friendly. I am planning to book here again when we travel to see my parents who live in the area.

Just need a bit of CRC on the door. Try to open and close it and sometimes it wont open until you wiggle it backwards and forwards a bit, then it opens.

Please tell Louise that her recomendation for the White Cross Clinic was perfect. I saw the nurse and Dr within 30 minutes and got the meds I needed and got cured overnight.

How stay good we had a room that suited six people and that did not include a spa we were hoping to be able to use one of the outdoor spas as it states that on the site (one of their main selling points) but they told us it was already booked out and we had to book prior but this was not communicated to us so that was a big let down considering we went to that specific motel because we wanted to utilize the spas (traveled from Waikato) but they told us to go across the road and we will get 50% off which was okay but still an convenience as they should state that on the sites.

No milk in fridge. Stain on top blanket on king bed. Didn’t see any staff, but spoke with a staff member over phone was very helpful.
