I will return to this hotel. Many critical services are close by at the Citilodge hotel. I stayed here for two weeks and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is secure and safe thanks to the kind and courteous employees. The employees will do everything in their power to assist. The hotel management is very accommodating and made my stay enjoyable. I adored their buffet breakfast, particularly the spaghetti, yam, and egg. The two managers will frequently inquire whether everything is well each day. When I first arrived, the bathroom light wasn't working, but this was quickly fixed. The hotel manager switched the negative scenario to something positive after I had an issue with one of the staff. However, because it wasn't working in the rooms, Id like to see if the hotel is monitoring its internet connection. It took more than a week to fix the channels in my room.

My stay started well thanks to the staff. They were really polite and friendly, but there was a lot of noise during my stay and there were cockroaches in my room. The food was tasty and the location was good. I recommend staying at Ikea on the sister property citiheight.

Citilodge has a budget friendly star rating for the location, but the food quality isn't good, my items got lost. I reported it to them but never received them back. Also, cockroaches. So, buy food somewhere, keep 2 extra eyes on everything. Bring insecticide

Enjoying my stay at City Lodge Hotel. I've been here for several days and have already stayed there. All the service from the reception to the bar pool room service is excellent. Plus, the location of the hotel is close to a bus stop which is also convenient for taxi rides.
