Vic is only a few steps from the river bench, where you can also find some lovely local eateries. Because it is close to the train station, I chose the Hotel Vic. The young man at the reception was delighted and pleasant. If it is being renovated, the hotel has seen its best days or is awaiting a new one. The little double room was one of the smallest I have ever seen outside France. There was a minibar that was just as valuable as it was in reality, but you had to walk to the reception desk to get a drink or snack. Carrying your stuff can be irritating because there are many doors and corridors. The bathroom was a welcome surprise. There was no shortage of hot water and significant water pressure in the shower. Breakfast is excellent, and they also provide a free evening meal that consists of various salads and fishnet.

I stayed here for one night because of a sports event. The hotel is in the center of Porsgrunn and has a parking lot outside. The room seems to have just been refurbished. The bathroom is a bit worn but very functional and ok. The room is very clean and the breakfast is typical continental. :: I stay in this hotel for 1 night due to sports activities. The room appears to be new, but the bathroom is worn but very functional and ok. The room is very clean, and the breakfast is good and standard.

Stayed in the hotel with my 6-year-old son in a spacious family room on the sixth floor. Nice and quiet floor. Good bed and good clean room. Good selection of toppings, cereals and yogurt for breakfast. Bread selection ok.

Our room was very good 6. The floor has a great view all over Porsgrunn. The staff was very attentive, paying attention to details and willing to help when we had issues arriving due to the strike sas striked and all planes were on the ground. The food was good and I was surprised that it was served both afternoon cakes and late night supper included in the hotel if needed! I am sure my i. O. And I will stay at the same hotel next time, because overall it was great.
