⬇House Rules
1. Check-in is between 2:00PM to 5:00PM only.
2. Check-out is 12NN next day.
**Early check-in and late check-out is subject for availability.
3. Access to the wave pool is currently charged separately at PHP 250.00 per person/per half-day and must be pre-arranged. If you want to use the wave pool, please let us know ahead of time.
**A child of 3 feet or less is exempt from the charge in the wave pool.
WAVE POOL SCHEDULE ( Man-Made Beach)
Tuesdays to Sundays – AM SHIFT (7AM to 12NOON),
PM SHIFT (2:00PM to 7:00PM)
POOL CLOSE ON MONDAYS
Pools are scheduled for cleaning and maintenance every Mondays.
4. Towels in the room are included but are not for the use at the Beach/Pool, so please bring your own, or request in advance to provide beach towels at a charge of PHP 100 per towel.
**The cost of extra towels for the room is 40 PHP per towel.
5. Cooking is allowed if you stay for more than two evenings
6. No smoking inside the unit as it may trigger the smoke alarm. Violators will be charged by the condo admin. Please use the designated smoking area at the ground floor.
7. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the unit.
8. Turn off all lights, aircons (AC) and heating anytime you leave the unit.
9. No hanging clothes in the balcony.
10. No unregistered guest/visitors allowed in the unit.
11. Please respect the noise curfew.
12.Any stains, damages, broken or missing items will be charged upon check-out. Host is not responsible for any damage or lost of personal belongings
13. Please clean as you go. Guests are expected to clean up before checkout. Trash Bin rooms are located beside the Elevator.
