*Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit or on the balcony – ₱1,000 fine (no exceptions).

🗑️ Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
*Clean As You Go (CLAYGO): Dispose of trash in the designated trash room inside the Fire Exit – ₱500 fine for non-compliance.
*DO NOT dispose of food waste in the sink – ₱1,000 fine for clogged sinks.
*Stain/Damage Charges:
-Bedsheet, Comforter, Blanket, Carpet – ₱500 each
-Pillowcase – ₱250
-Sofa – ₱1,000 (deep cleaning fee)

🚫 Balcony Restrictions
*No hanging of clothes, towels, or items on the balcony – ₱2,000 fine.

💡 Energy Conservation
*Turn off or unplug appliances when not in use or before check-out.

🚪 Guest Policy & Revisions
*Guest list revisions: ₱200 per revision after gate pass creation.
*Alterations/Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 7 days before check-in (except in case of uncontrollable natural events).
*Reservations are non-transferable to other units.

🚗 Parking Information
*Public Parking Rates:
-Motorcycles: ₱50 (first 3 hours), ₱10 per succeeding hour. (Near Santorini Tower)
-Cars: ₱65 (first 3 hours), ₱15 per succeeding hour. (Near Rio East Bldg. from 8 AM-5 PM, Near Santorini Bldg. 24/7)
*Underground Parking:
-Limited slots, ask in advance for availability.
-First come, first served basis.
-Payment is separate via GCash, Maya, bank transfer, etc.

🛍️ Food Delivery
*Order via GrabFood or FoodPanda and meet your rider outside the lobby.

⏳ Peak Check-in/Check-out Advisory
*On Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, peak seasons, and holidays, expect longer check-in/out queues. Arriving earlier is recommended to avoid delays.
