The owners and staff are such wonderful people. It has a beautiful view and going to Carmen or Catmon is close and easy. Short drive to the hot springs.

I love the area as it was quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a peace away from home then this place of heaven is for you. No wifi, no TV just pure serenity. We stayed here for 10 days and it was amazing. The owner looked after us, Roger and Lourdes. The staff are great and gracious and always ready to open the gate for us. It's a big bonus to a cat and dog lover like me and my partner, they have a dog named handsome and cutie cats. It was a memorable experience.

Roger and Filimina are great. They greet their guests warmly and graciously. The premises reflect their labor of love and personal touch from design and build of the building to the lovely landscaping throughout. And the views from the perch above the main highway affords tranquility and respite for the weary travellor and the city escapee for the weekend. I extended my 3 night stay to 5. It's a wonderful way to while away the day.

During my Philippine adventure 20162017, I stayed here for about four months. I was treated like family and couldn't imagine dealing with anyone easier. Studios are fully equipped. Phenomenal patio views, dining on site, and steps away from the ocean are great facilities. Only negatives are persistent ants, ongoing construction, and a remote location. Excellent value for money.

I was searching for a place to help me get rid of my allergic rhinitis that has been going on for almost a week. The place did not disappoint. The room was very clean and had all the necessities. You can even cook. You can even see the ocean from your room, especially in the garden where you can have your meal and coffee. Its a great place to relax, unwind and just breathe fresh air. The owner roger was very accommodating. Highly recommended!.

This is the best little spot off the road. The perfect stopover on the way up to Malapascua. And the owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met. We arrived late and all the restaurants were closed so they so kindly heated up their leftover dinner so we wouldn't starve. The room was clean and cute and the morning views were great. I hope to return to the cell just so I can stay here again.

The view from the veranda overlooks the sea. The moon and stars can be seen at night.. More than anything, it reminds me of my childhood memories. The owner was friendly. This place has a veranda, an overlook at the sea. If you like to cook, there is also a restaurant at the gate. You can also purchase fresh fish directly from the fisherman early in the morning or late afternoon. We prepared barbecue for the night. Before slumber, we consume some wine. We bought fresh fish from the nearby seashore in the morning, which is right outside the door. You must cross the street to see if the fishermans have come before us. So, in the very early morning, we prepare delectable tingling isla. We appreciate the entire experience and we intend to return!.

The property is set along the road and offers a great view overlooking the sea. I stayed in the eco room which provides everything including a kettle and drinking water. Earplugs recommended for the night 'cause the traffic down below maybe troublesome. Very friendly welcome from Roger who is a gentleman and thank you for the papaya straight from the garden. I am an addict and it was one of the best I tasted :-) P.s. Don't forget to change the mattress ;-)
