Hello! In order to provide a safe, clean, tidy and comfortable living environment, please follow these guidelines:
1. Please register for every checkin and submit your valid IDs;
2. Please do not take strangers in.
3. Please keep the password of the door and do not tell anyone.
4. Please maintain indoor sanitation. Do not throw garbage and other sundries(small items) into the sewage, toilet and out of the window;
5. Please take good care of all kinds of furniture and supplies, such as refrigerator, washing machine, sofa, quilt, water kettle, etc.
6. Please don't take out all kinds of furniture and articles in this room.
7. Illegal and criminal activities such as taking illegal drugs, gambling, and sleeping with prostitutes are not allowed inside the room.
8. Please drink alcoholic beverages in moderation. Alcohol intoxication or drunkenness is not recommended. Safe, sensible, moderate, and responsible alcohol consumption is commended.
9. No illegal or prohibited drugs are allowed inside the room for sale, consumption, and storage. In accordance to Philippine laws against prohibited and dangerous drugs, the penalty of life imprisonment to death and a fine ranging from Five hundred thousand pesos (P500,000.00) to Ten million pesos (P10,000,000.00) shall be imposed upon any person, who, unless authorized by law, shall possess any dangerous drug in quantities stated in Section 11 of RA 9165.
10. Please do not smoke in the room.
11. Flammable and combustible substances such as gasoline, kerosene, lpg, propane, etc. are not allowed inside the room. To build a fire inside the room is prohibited.
12. Explosives, toxic and radioactive substances and materials are not allowed inside the room. Please ensure a safe and secure living environment.
13. Please take good care of your valuables and cash and be responsible for any loss.
14. Please close the room at any time. Pay attention, guard against theft and take precautions.
