1. Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, early check-in before 5:00 AM is subject to a full day charge, while early check-in between 5:01 AM and 10:00 AM is subject to a 50% charge.
2. Standard check-out time is 12:00 NN. Late check-out until 4:00 PM is subject to a 50% charge, while check-out beyond 4:01 PM will be charged the equivalent of one full night’s stay.
3. A Php 1,000.00 cash security deposit is required upon check-in. This will be fully refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages, losses, or additional charges incurred during your stay.
4. A maximum of two (2) adults and one (1) child are allowed in Deluxe, Executive, and Loft Bunk Rooms, while Suite Rooms may accommodate up to four (4) adults and one (1) child.
5. All visitors are required to register at the Front Desk and must be escorted by the registered guest from the lobby. A maximum of two (2) visitors per room is allowed, and visitors are strictly permitted to stay only until 12:00 midnight. Non-compliance with this policy may result in penalties and/or denial of entry.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. A penalty of PHP 5,000.00 will be imposed for each violation, along with the confiscation of cigarettes, vapes, and any prohibited or illegal products.
7. Housekeeping service, including change of linens, bath towels, and room cleaning, is available daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Service will proceed only when the “Make Up Room” sign is hung on your door or upon request through our in-room app. If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed, we will respect your privacy and will not enter your room.
8. The hotel reserves the right to impose charges for any loss, damage, or breakage incurred in the room during the stay.
9. The hotel shall not be held liable for any loss of valuables left inside the room, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Philippines. Guests are strongly advised to secure their belongings, as the hotel will not entertain claims arising from negligence in this regard. Lost and unclaimed items will be kept for a maximum of thirty (30) days, after which management reserves the right to dispose of them without further notice.
10. The hotel reserves the right to take necessary action, including but not limited to penalties, eviction, and legal measures, in cases of self-check-out, non-compliance with hotel policies, disorderly conduct, or failure to settle outstanding balances upon demand.
11. All deliveries must be personally received by the guest, as the hotel will not accept or hold deliveries on behalf of guests. Any unattended deliveries will be refused or returned to sender.
12. No Parking available onsite.
13. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances once the check-in process has been completed. This policy strictly applies to both cancellations and shortened stays.
14. The guest acknowledge, agrees on and complies with the hotel’s House Rules.
