Peaceful double room homestay (fan room only)

CHECK-IN POLICY
Check-in is from 02:00 PM (UTC+8), and checkout is until 12:30 PM. You may request early check-in or late checkout during booking, which is subject to availability.

TOILETRIES
We provide a roll of toilet paper, a bottle of shampoo, a conditioner, and a body wash. NO towels are provided, so kindly bring your own.

CHANGE OF LINEN
We change our linen/sheets every reservation, but for over week-long stays, we change them every three days.

✔️ The unit is a FAN ROOM (good for two).

✔️ The unit is intended for one to two guests only, but if an additional guest is staying with you, you can request an extra foam mattress. If you need another mattress, it will incur an additional Php150/day.

✔️ Cots and extra beds are not available

✔️ Children of any age are welcome.

✔️ You may bring your food or request delivery via GrabFood or foodpanda.

✔️You may also buy your groceries and cook in the kitchen. Kindly inform the hosts in advance so we can guide you through the kitchen.

✔️ Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit and in the hallway. We have a toddler in the house. There is a designated smoking area.

✔️ Alcoholic beverage drinking is not allowed.

✔️ Gambling and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

✔️ Turn off water faucets, lights, and all electrical appliances whenever not in use or going out of the unit.

✔️ Respect the privacy of other people and residents around the neighborhood. Refrain from screaming or making loud noises. Any complaint of loud noises or unruly behavior will result in discharge from the unit without recourse to a refund.

✔️ No visitors are allowed on the household premises, but you may meet up outside.

✔️ The list of most frequented areas below usually takes between 20-35 minutes to reach. But please plan your travel and avoid peak hours as the traffic jam in the south can cause a significant delay in your itinerary.

✔️ This is located in a gated subdivision, so please don't expect a beautiful view outside the window. We have a community park (within walking distance) for the greeneries. Peaceful and quiet? Yes.
