Phillip's Sanctuary

1. Guests are permitted one dog unless Host agrees in advance.
Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Guests understand that we will charge accordingly for the repair of any damages, additional cleaning requirements, or flea treatment caused by pet/s presence or behavior.
8. Please bring your own pet bed or cage. The pet/s are not allowed on the guest beds or any of our furniture at any time. Evidence any pet soiling/damage on bed or bedding may incur extra cleaning or replacement fees.
3. The pet/s must be flea and tick free and current on prevention treatment.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages / liquor is only allowed inside the cottages
Lights off is at 12:00 mn. Lights on some areas will be turned
Pool is open from 8 AM - 7 PM
Picking / uprooting and taking home of any plant or fruit is prohibited. Please connect
We welcome you and your pet/s (we allow 1 pet per cabin) and hope you have a wonderful stay! We only allow 1 pet per cabin. Pet fee is P500.
4. Guests will always keep the dog on a leash outside the cottage.
2. The pet/s must be healthy and up to date with vaccines.
7. Pet/s are not allowed to urine / defecate inside the cottage. Please do this outside and please dispose of their waste properly.
6. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any and all pet/s refuse, as well as cleaning pet/s before he/she comes indoors. Guests must bring their own towels for the pet/s.
5. Guests will not leave the dog unattended in the cottage.
As responsible pet owners, Guests agree to accept full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the pet/s or suffered by any person during Guests’ stay at our family estate.

For Food, Mama Misa is offering pre-ordered meals (pls let me know if interested as they do not accommodate last minute orders, must be arranged at least 5 days prior to arrival)

Cabin Air Conditioning:
• Cabins have AC units installed, but usage depends on generator load availability
• If available, AC use has an additional fee of ₱ 1,000/AC Unit, and may be used from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
